"I would not recommend them for repairs!! My Liebherr wine cooler broke, they sent an engineer who looked under the fridge and said "it must be the fan" without doing any proper diagnostics. They replaced the condenser fan, (which i could hear was still working prior to the repair) and charged £284. This did not fix the issue!! I complained about the situation, they then came back and said it must be a gas issue which they don't fix. I now have to start the process all over again with another repair company post been charged £284. Annoying that Liebherr recommended them when they are not able to do all repairs and they don't do thorough diagnostics to identify the issue."
