"Was followed by the security guard all around the store. He even came outside with me and called me over to say the hotel I was staying at was dodgy. Please fix your security protocols, Waitrose. I was dressed smart, with my partner and paid for all my items. Please do not harrass your paying customers as it ruined by day. Thank you"

"I wanted to share my story as it has such a beautiful outcome to a very sad tale. I purchased a product which was sadly spoiled and had to be thrown away. I contacted customer services and explained that had I eaten it the results could have been catastrophic, I am recovering from a serious medical procedure. I received 2 vouchers, the first one was for the price of the meat and with the second voucher they totalled £23.20. I went to Waitrose today and had a lovely conversation with the cashier called Gillian(Gilly) and just as I was saying goodbye she presented me with a lovely bunch of flowers and wished me well with my recovery. I can honestly say that Gilly is a credit to Waitrose and I thank her so much for her kindness."

"Excellent customer service. I have recently had major surgery and the young lady (Alana )who served me has been absolutely amazing every time I am in the store she carries my basket and helps me carry my shopping to the car I was even gifted a bunch of flowers. I now shop solely in Waitrose Addlestone because of this young lady Alana is so sweet and helpful. All the staff in the Addlestone store are lovely but I want to say a huge Thank you to Alana for making shopping (especially after major surgery) an absolute pleasure Thank you Claire"
