“The location is very good in zone 1 of Aldgate East. The hotel is very new so all the facilities and rooms are new, modern, stylish and fully equipped for longer stays. Complimentary coffee and tea from the lounge is always nice. The staff are 100% top notch, always smiling and happy to help where they can. Thank you to all the staff at reception and at the lounge including Ali and Bianca! I've had such a good stay and felt so welcomed. “Best place to stay in London! Simply can't say enough good things about this hostel! The staff are friendly, kind and very accommodating. The rooms are clean and there's free lockers under every bed (bring your own lock). There's lots of bathrooms, also very clean. Best of all, there's an awesome pub just downstairs that really comes alive at night. It can get a little noisy with the live music at night, but the staff give you a really good quality pair of earplugs upon arrival. Don't let the noise bother you though, go downstairs and join in! The environment is very inviting and you immediately feel at home! This is a great hostel to make new friends and meet people from all around the world. Thank you all so much for such a great stay, will definitely be returning!”

“I stayed here for 2 nights & then came back a couple of days later to stay another night as my husband was in Kings Hospital. The staff were always helpful, amazing and supportive. “An absolutely lovely stay at this hotel. Very budget friendly, simple clean rooms, and lovely service. Location is perfect right next to major train stations and subway lines. Beds are comfy, rooms are nice and toasty on the night time, and despite the central location it was quiet at night! So no disturbances. We stayed in a basic twin room, so no bathroom, but the toilet and shower facilities were conveniently located right outside the door. Our only downside is the three flights of stairs, but you get used to them!”

“Absolutely superb, I can't find a fault at all. The rooms are a tad small but who needs a huge amount of room in a hotel room anyway? Everything is fit perfectly into the room with all the facilities you'd expect of a hotel room with the added bonus of a bath AND shower - something I was very pleased about! The bed is probably the comfiest bed I have ever slept on and the view from our room is brilliant. The staff are excellent, very friendly and very helpful. I cannot recommend it highly enough.”
