After a service on our vehicle we experienced an unrelated "problem" - you know the type, a message appears on the dashboard. Pulled on to the forecourt, they plugged in a computer, explained everything throughout. In fact when nothing of note showed up they continued searching after I'd left and got back in touch to explain. Then when we caused the battery to run flat later the same day they still supported us in getting it going - even way after 6.30pm! Shane even opened up the garage to clear the dashboard message and gave us his number text him after we had been for a drive to ensure got home safely. “Tried to use self service dog wash for my boy today who has spinal condition, can be very stubborn and extra large breed. So unfortunately couldn't get him in the bath as he is too heavy to lift. Staff were very helpful and understanding and gave me refund no questions asked. Staff explained fully how to use machine and machine seemed very user friendly just shame couldn't get my boy in it. Definitely recommend for other people to try, that doesn't have x-large breed that requires lifting. Great customer service.”
