"I had an amber advisory on my MOT carried out by Kwikfit, Gravesend, Kent in May 2022. The amber advisory stated that my front brake pads & discs required replacing. I received a from Kwikfit whilst my car was still with them, pressuring me into replacing the brake pads & discs for charge of £250-350. I am pleased and relieved to say that I persisted on completing the job at another time. Nearly a year on, I finally booked my car in for March 2023, into Triggs Garage, Brentwood, for the brake and an additional job following an alert on my dashboard. I received a call Soon after inspection, I was informed that it was 12mil on the pads therefore not requiring replacement. It was in good condition and practically new! I am so grateful to Triggs, so overwhelmed by their integrity and great customer service - amazing! As for Kwikfit, disgusted and I will be consulting their HQ!!! Thanks Triggs much much appreciated and see you for my next MOT. Ms Patel."

"AMAZING - I really cannot praise them enough. Not just in the quality of service and workmanship but also their customer service skills. After a service on our vehicle we experienced an unrelated "problem" - you know the type, a message appears on the dashboard. Pulled on to the forecourt, they plugged in a computer, explained everything throughout. In fact when nothing of note showed up they continued searching after I'd left and got back in touch to explain. Then when we caused the battery to run flat later the same day they still supported us in getting it going - even way after 6.30pm! Shane even opened up the garage to clear the dashboard message and gave us his number text him after we had been for a drive to ensure got home safely. Now that is how customer service and loyalty is built. Than you."

"I’ve used Triggs garage for a number of years for our 3 cars and I have to say I’ve had the most honest and helpful experience with a garage anywhere. Always up front about prices and happy to help as much as they can. One of our cars has always had a number of problems until we brought it to this garage who were finally able to sort it out after spending a lot of money in other garages that only seemed to temporarily fix the issue. Would recommend 100% to anyone. Well done!"
