“Came here for early dinner and drinks with my partner before we went out for the evening. Was quiet as it was a weekday, so we were sat quickly on a table near the kitchen. Very cosy booth, loved the Christmas decorations! A lovely lady called Jess took our order, I had the salmon and my partner had the pork, and we shared some sides. They were out of the onion rings, but the lovely chefs made us homemade ones instead!! Such a nice touch. The food was lovely and we had some cocktails once we were finished. Absolutely can’t fault the service, everyone was so welcoming and attentive! Will definitely be back, hopefully to try the festive menu which looks delicious.”

However, what also is extremely important for me and my family is customer service/ customer experience, and this was also amazing, everyone we spoke to was very attentive and kind and prices were very affordable . “I've only ever driven through Cheam before my visit yesterday, a trip by public transport (tram and train) from Croydon specifically to visit the Whitehall museum, housed in a grade II* listed former domestic dwelling dating from before the reign of Henry VIII. While the museum is an important place of reference for local history, geared more towards children than adults, it also houses the excellent Freedom Caffe' tearoom. The restrictions imposed by such an old, historic house may mean they can't use a normal commercial coffee machine but the range of soft drinks is impressive and more importantly, the vegan options for lunch are delicious. I highly recommend both the vegan sausage roll with salad and the vegan Greek. Then there are the cakes... The only vegan option on the day was a chocolate pear and apple cake but it was gorgeous and the staff were attentive and friendly and the food reasonably priced. I also noted the fresh pasta preparation. There's more to Cheam than the museum but whatever else you're doing it's well worth making sure you visit the Freedom Caffe' for a drink and a bite to eat.”

“When I first went to head masters my hair had 200 shades of yellow, orange and root in it. The stylist (I think her name's Lauren) talked me through all potential options because my hair was in such a rubbish way. I wish we took a before photo because the after photo just doesn't do it justice. How she got my hair looking so good after one session I will never know! All of the staff are friendly and ready for a chat too and can't do enough for you. I've visited twice now and my hairs finally started to grow and it's never felt so healthy. Never going anywhere else now P.s I recommend the olaplex treatment, it's worth it!”

“Brilliant little place in Cheam village. The food is fantastic and they deliver great service. The menu has small plate options of mostly street food inspired dishes and big plates of more substantial dishes. It’s great value for money and we will definitely be back”
