"Have had delivery from Darcy's via Just Eat for the last few weeks, everything great. However, today the order arrived without the tea and coffee being sealed correctly thus covering the breakfasts completely, sent driver back advising wanting replacement. Called cafe direct to explain, they advised very busy, told driver to be careful and were not prepared to replace breakfasts as JUST Eat Order closing in 10 minutes. Wouldn't mind but cafe literally 3 minute drive away. No compassion, empathy or attempt to resolve - Sorry but you've just lost this regular customer. In response to owner's comment "We also make sure our products are well packed before they leave the premises". Yes on all previous order's drinks were sealed with cling film, however on this order they weren't. When called Darcy's at the time, the person I spoke with advised that they were very busy and hadn't had time to seal correctly - feel it unfair to blame driver!"

"The best cafe period. Went there last week and had the Irish Breakfast and it was officially the best breakfast I have ever had (apart from being in Ireland). The menu is superb and the quality of the food is 1st class and the staff are wonderful. I'm officially in love with this cafe."
