Five Guys Walton on Thames
“Just amazing! The food, service and salted caramel milkshake were fantastic! In addition, Stacey was sooo attentive and asked us if we enjoyed our meal and if there was anything we needed. Highly recommended.”
Co-op Food - Walton
“One member of staff made it so much better... I've decided to write probably first review in my life. It's all about convenience. These kind of small local shops are more expensive and more expensive to run. People don't spend that much in these. Big money they leave in big shops, but if something is missing, we all go to local, most knowing that experience will be quite bad or so so, and it was. Till they employed ginger haired guy (sorry- I don't remember his name). Long ginger hair. He has made it so much better. Quick, nice, professional, unlike chatty members of staff and what is most important really helpful and informative. He has remembered I just to buy old holdborn original, that was not available for some period of time in this shop. Had yellow holborn that I dislike. During my last shopping, at the checkout I was told that the one I smoke is now available. I know, it's a tiny thing, but these tiny things make our experience in local shops so much better. Now I feel, like it is my local shop to go. Thank you.”
Styles
“Great place! Lovely selection and great quality fruit and veg. Staff are friendly and only too happy to help.”
Barley Mow
“Visited the Barley Mow pub in Hersham for the first time on Friday the 13th and had a absolutely wonderful lunch there. We were given a warm welcome by a member of staff and she looked after us very well indeed. A wonderful choice of beers, and a great menu, the food was excellent of course. We did have trouble getting in touch with them, so we took pot luck and just turned up. But the pub is very spacious and there was plenty of room. May we pass on our thanks to the lady who looked after us, and to the pub as well. From Ray,Rosemary, and our dog Susie Table 19 @12 noon on Friday the 13th January.”
Esquires Coffee
“ESQUIRES is my favourite coffee shop in these parts. The coffee is always good and never differs from this standard. The Food is fresh and tastes of quality. My treat is the English Breakfast which is cooked fresh and NO microwave warming at all. The staff are all excellent and VERY accommodating.”
M&S Foodhall
“Simply love having M& S in Walton. Great little coffee shop and staff are soo friendly. Take no notice of anyone who says it s expensive.. there are some great offers you just have to look for them and free parking For 2 hours. What more could you ask for?”
ALDI
“A brilliant addition to the high street. I visit several times a week. Helps me budget and keep my produce fresh and current. Excellent.”
Costa Coffee
“When doesn’t a good old Costa just hit the spot. My go to is always a large cappuccino which is great to know I can just sit down and relax but the mugs on a large cappuccino are so big you have to use both hands which I low key love!”
Starbucks Coffee
“Had Breakfast with my Bestie about 8am Loved it. Had cheese and ham toastie and Earl Grey tea. Delicious”
Nisa Local
“Excellent local convenience store, well stocked with a large range of daily food and household items priced very competitively against major supermarkets. ATM (Free withdrawals), Tchibo self service coffee machine, LARGE selection of alcohol beverages. Very friendly and well respected staff always happy to help.”
Tesco Express
“Useful, little shop if you're on foot... But not easy for parking, with limited space. It's a small shop, but packs in a lot, with a decent selection of fruit and veg, a small selection fresh meat, most of the basic tinned stuff you'd need, bread, frozen and dairy.”
