"The staff was very unkind, I asked to have the bread which was obviously the sweets in the showcase, but said, this is not available, how come the bread not available is still kept in the showcase ? The staff served the person behind me who is ordering while watching smartphone, he asked to have same bread, then served him very carely asking if he needs paper towel or not, very sad, I never visit again here, bad staffs, discrimination, no respect. I realized there are a lot of bad reviews."

"I am a loyal costumer for costa. However, some of the staff required a few more hospitality trainings, and learn to how to handle in certain/some situations, and how fast or pro-active he/she needs to be when working in a busy environment for both physically and mentally. Therefore, Drinks are great but some need a few practices, not all staff make good drinks. The place is big & wide, plenty of space, but staff are lazy, moody, and unable remain cleanliness."

"Be warned! Check your bill at this Costa (Hersham). I have been charged full price for sandwiches that were marked 50% off and for the drinks instead of 3.80 each (price on the board) ive been charged 4 pounds each. When pointing out the mistake, staff was rude, lifting eyebrows and rolling eyes. Also ive had better drinks at other Costa's, this ones were very sweet and thats about it, not much flavor."
