“I am so impressed with Wilco in Hounslow Treaty Centre! I recently stopped by to pick up a few items, and was blown away by the excellent customer service I received. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Not only were the staff great, but the store was also top-notch. It was clean, well-organized, and had a wide selection of products. I was able to find everything I needed, and the staff were happy to help me locate items and provide recommendations. But the real standout for me was the customer service. I had a few questions about some of the products, and the staff went out of their way to provide me with helpful information and assistance. They really made my visit a pleasure, and I will definitely be stopping by again the next time I need to pick up some supplies. In short, Wilco in Hounslow Treaty Centre is a fantastic place to shop. “I was here to buy a backpack for a friend. The shop itself is not huge (as compared to those in the city centre which have two floors) but have a good stock of a variety of items (esp the children section) , at a cheaper price (due to duty free). There are quite a lot of items on sale as well. The staff are super friendly in helping me to get items that are stored too high to my height, and in storing that for me at the counter while I shop, without being too aggressive. The paying process is quick as well.”

They have a very large collection of different styles & designs. They bring in more and in fashion clothing according to the seasons. Presently there is a vast collection of winter wear of different styles n designs. They have many offers and discounts on many items these days. The staff, specially Mr. Isfaq the manager is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable who guide you to your expectations. Do visit this store n have a look.”

“This review is based on the veggies and other items my folks have purchased here over the last few decades. My folks have generally been very happy that this store is here so they can make Indian food. It really is the quintessential local Indian grocery store. They have pretty much all the essentials especially all the spices etc that we need. It has milk and other supplies that saves them going to Tesco etc. We are glad this store is here!”

“Outstanding customer care. My wife and I were in the shop earlier this week and bought some items. Unfortunately we left one of our bags from a previous shop in the Superdry store and left it in there and got on a flight. I phoned the shop the following day and Bal (shop manager) informed me that she had the bag and it was safe. She very kindly posted it to us recorded delivery the following day at no cost. Bal, thank you so much, my wife was so upset that she left her bag which had some expensive items in it. Your customer care is at the highest level, which led me write this review. Superdry are lucky to have such a fantastic manager. Thank you!”
