"Wednesday at 2 : 41 AM , I bought 2 M&S chicken soup in plastic containers from BP Hounslow TW5 9BA When I arrived home I noticed that one was opened, even if the seal was not broken Today I went there to fill up the tank with petrol and informed them about the problem I had with the soup , they asked me to show the receipt , it was an Apple payment and I showed them the electronic receipt on the phone, they told me it is not possible to refound my money without paper receipt Anyway they told me, we are sorry but we can not do anything about that... Really??? I considered disrespectful and I want to let the others know about my issue with them! Anyone could eat that soup and get sick, especially our loved ones which we try to protect this days IT IS NOT EVERYTHING ABOUT THE MONEY BP HOUNSLOW TW5 9BA"

"Poor customer service this morning. I was kindly asking to have a coffee and the way the young lady at the counter served me was not very nice. I understand that you have to pay at the counter and take your coffee from the other side but on that counter were bottles of milk all over and she just done my coffee and left it somewhere behind those bottles and she just make a sign that I can take it from there. I am an usual customer there but I would never go back. So disappointed of the customer service. Myself worked before in a similar place and if I would ever dare to do that to a customer, I would be sacked straight away."
