“I went to this pet shop to buy a pet budgie! So exciting! Although I’ve had one before it was just as exciting. I visited on a Saturday and walked in on a member of staff cutting a rabbits nails (cute)! So I head down to the birds section and had a good look as I did a lot of researching to refresh my memory on what to look out for. I believe all the animals I saw looked pretty healthy and in good condition. When I picked my Budgie the lady was very helpful and told me to call them if I had any concerns or questions- very nice of them. Would recommend. It is a small and easily accessible store. Can get there by bus or tram.”

Good selection of food types and treats for many types of pets. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful if you have a question to ask.”

“I was referred this branch by a nearby Iceland because I wanted some specific things. Unfortunatey they didn't stock the chip shop curry pie or the Birds Eye Unicorn waffles. Apart from that I managed to get Lorne sausage and Spam fritters.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Leonardo. We booked a double room and paid on arrival, we were then told that we had a free upgrade to a king-size room which was a wonderful surprise and very much appreciated! The rooms are clean, light, and great-sized. The bathroom has a shower and a bath, with a lovely illuminated mirror. We had water and biscuits provided every day during our stay and a working fridge which can be used. There is a bar and restaurant which we didn't use but was always busy which is a good sign, and there is a small shop with snacks and drinks should you require anything. The hotel is situated a 5 min walk from Croydon East station, and takes about 30 minutes to get into London, making it a good base in my opinion. Equally, Croydon centre is a 5 minute walk and there is an array of places to eat and drink nearby. Would stay here again and would recommend.”

“This place was where I had one of the best night sleeps I've ever had in a hotel. after a long and tiring day of traveling, this hotel made up for it. The room was spacious and the view wasn't as bad as I thought it would be (I could see the hotel I went to last year) The breakfast was great as well. “First time in this hotel. In city centre, very close to public transport, no car park but Ruskin Square parking opposite the hotel and the ticket can get validated. Room smaller than expected but we'll equipped. Service great! If I remember correctly the name of the staff- Menaj- went out of his way- evening and breakfast - to help. I saw another guest going and thanking staff for the service, and said he's been using the hotel frequently and they are always very helpful. I will definitely use this hotel again.”

“Lovley stay. The room and bathroom were very clean. Excellent location, right in a shopping centre surrounded with places to eat. Parking free which is a bonus. Staff were very friendly and even left a balloon and sweets in the room when they found out it was my daughter 6th birthday!”

Excellent system in place, efficient and welcoming staff and volunteers, the guy who did the injection was clear about possible side effects, managing those and I barely noticed the needle. “Phil attended our house last week to install a Sureflap microchip cat flap through an external wall. From the very first phone call with him he provided a detailed breakdown of the costs involved and followed it up with a detailed quote via email, including suggestions on how to reduce the overall cost. When he installed the cat flap he cored a hole through the wall from the outside, which was a very neat and tidy way of doing the work and left no damage to the external brickwork. Overall we were really happy with the work done by Phil and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to our friends, family or anyone else.”
