From my first visit to the store my toddler and I were made to feel at home. They welcomed her, offering immediately to close the shop door to the side wall so that she could run freely around the store. (Thoughtful!) They are personable, helpful and very kind. Rogerio is amazing at suggesting pieces for her knowing what I like, keeps you in the know for specials in London and will always hold a size for you to pick up. “I completely understand everyone’s obsession with Claudio Lugli shirts & Jackets since purchasing a few shirts and a jacket for myself as I usually buy their shirts as gifts for my family and friends. Their shirts and jackets are just amazing quality. The shirts feel luxurious and breathable on my skin since they use of 100% Egyptian cotton with a Satin blend for their shirts. The durability of their shirts is next to none; this is highlighted by the ‘French seam stitch work’ they use in their shirts which means the shirts are less likely to fray the more you wear them which is advantageous for my larger sized husband who has had shirts fray and stretch in the past with cheaper and worse …more expensive brands! Customer service was amazing too, I accidentally ordered the wrong size for one of my shirts and with one quick phone call Nav was able to assist me and I was able to order the correct size. Thank you Claudio Lugli for you always taking care of my needs!”

“I'm quite a big guy who generally has a hard time finding clothes to fit, and I was worried about suit shopping in London (the Canadian dollar takes a beating against the GBP) but I was VERY impressed with this spot. “Very helpful chaps. I strolled in wearing an old but well kept three piece grey suit (which I intended to use for my neurosurgical FRCS examinations). I asked their advice on the cut and if I should change things. Their honest opinion was very much needed. They advised me to keep the suit. They did not ask me to buy anything but gave an honest appraisal of my attire. They did advise me to buy new shoes which I did from Jones. Highly recommend (NB: I did pass the examinations).”

“My favorite place in London. I got all my gears there The insulate hard shell I got there works superbly in Iceland. No matter how strong wind blows and rains, it keeps me dry in Iceland!!! The base layer keeps me warm and comfortable while I was climbing a glacier the other day! The brand is one of my favorites for sure”
