The Water Tower is a unique Grade II listed early 18th century garden building sited in the grounds of Carshalton House in South London, built when the area was in the Surrey countryside, full of large houses owned by wealthy families. "As the name suggests, this contained a water-powered pump, which supplied water to Carshalton House and the fountains in its garden. However, the building was and is much more than this as it contains a suite of rooms such as the Saloon, the Orangery and a splendid early 18th century bathroom with a tile lined plunge bath. Aside from the Water Tower, there is the surrounding garden including the Hermitage and Folly Bridge. ​ All this is managed voluntarily by the Friends of Water Tower & The Historic Garden Trust."”

“I ended up coming here to see Natasha the hygienist because my NHS dentists wait was over 4 months (and that was on top of waiting 6 months for a check up)!! Embarrassingly after not seeing a hygienist for nearly 5 or so years she had her work cut out. She did a fantastic first clean, and I've just returned from a check up appointment and second clean. Considering they needed a thorough clean, it was all done gently and the difference was instantly noticeable. At no point did I feel judged for not going for so long (which I was worried about) and Natasha has given me some fantastic advice for future care. It's such a shame I can't afford to swap to full private dental care as this place is brilliant, all the staff I have interacted with have been friendly, caring and incredibly professional!”

“This is my go to place for haircuts. Steve always cuts my hair and beard to how I want it, and for an extremely reasonable price! Brilliant attention to detail, and best of all be doesn't jab the clippers at my head. In my opinion no other barber or hairdresser comes close. Keep it up!”

“Just by the Mill is a bridge over Carshalton Ponds and the river Wandle. There is a lovely view of the waterfall and the surrounding parkland. Well worth a visit in the different seasons and times of day.”

We've tried a variety of dishes (me chicken, partner seafood) and have really enjoyed the meals, whether in the restaurant or as takeaways. Friendly service and great food at very reasonable prices. Restaurant is un-licensed so is BYOB. Highly recommended.”

There was another lady on the next till who had a special needs child with her and he helped her too, packing her shopping in her trolly. This young man is an asset to your organisation and if there’s Employee of the Month, he should seriously be considered. He was so cheerful, friendly and super helpful. I have been to many nail salons and locations but by far this was the best I’ve been to so far. I pray that your shop remains a blessing and that growing success does not change the service you provide to your customers. I gave a tip specifically to the member of staff who assisted me, I hope all the staff members there are at the same standard as him.
