"We like Costa, I usually have a cold drink, my partner has a chi, and her son has a white hot chocolate. Unfortunately, this time, I had to use the toilet. It was a disgrace, the floor and toilet were covered in water, with wet toilet paper all over the floor. The toilet seat didn't actually fit the toilet properly, not covering the porcelain, which was also wet. The backrest was again, yep, covered with water. As if someone went in with a shower and sprayed everything! If it wasn't for the frap and the chi tea, we would avoid this costa and go elsewhere."

"The biggest problem with this Costa coffee is that are all the time new people ( one specific) that they don't know their job and charge different prices than the others and when you tell them that in 7 different Costa shops I am being charged the same amount why you charge me more? Their response is I don't know if you are familiar with the other staff and they charge you this amount. Yes I am friend with all the other staff here and the other shops is not because you don't know your Job ..."

"Been a few times recently. Staff seem to make up their own closing time. Went there today and with 2 hours to go was told that they could only serve in takeaway cups as they were short staffed. Must be costly and not very environmentally friendly"

"The number of times you queue in this place and then have to walk out because you don’t get served in 20 mins is outstanding. Either management are not putting enough staff on, the staff are poorly trained, or the system is just not efficient enough. Fair play to the people that have the patience regularly go anywhere near this place on a regular basis. But please know this - there are alternatives in the local area that are cheaper, quicker, and deliver a more pleasant experience and better quality of coffee. In fact there isn’t an area where Costa in Carshalton does not fall short - it is the business equivalent of a Carry On movie."
