"I found this company from a Google web search. I called to book a taxi. The lady who answered was very pleasant, calm, I felt at ease. She took my request details. Within 15mins a driver arrived. The driver was pleasant, well presented, his car was clean no offensive odours. He took me to my destination, waited, returned me to the pickup point just as I booked. All very easy, straightforward, I really felt they cared about getting me a car in good time and getting me to my destination safely. I most certainly would use this service again, number already stored in my phone and I would definitely refer this company to my family and friends(already referred to my sister)."

"The mini cab controller of this establishment was prejudiced and dismissive towards me. I don't need to elaborate, you know what you did! Shame on you! He's also a liar! Asserting that card payments are not accepted despite the shop window advertising in bold that they are accepted. SMH!"

"DO NOT USE. We are currently on our way to Heathrow and myself and my husband have been shouted at by the driver because he said we hadn’t told them we had 3 suitcases even though ok the phone I told them we had 3. The thing is they all fit perfectly in the car no struggle at all so we couldn’t understand the problem. He then said it’s a higher fare now. If we didn’t have a flight to catch I would have gotten out. Begrudge paying this horrible man our money! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!"

"Amazing , best value cars, they are 100% reliable, safe,they txt u when they are on thier way the name, picture , vehicle description, number plate, which u can txt to anyone, expecting you , no quibbles over fares, best to book in advance, they are very very popular and therefore busy, drivers are superb , no problem with helping me with shopping in and out of the boot ,etc or across the doorstep, no journey too short, or long, the controllers are excellent, best cab company ever"

"By chat one price and by phone double price. I complained by chat saying that I think you are not giving the right information to the customers and for that they decided they would not provided any car to me and when I was talking with the manager he hang up the phone. So very rude of him."
