“I recently had a full head of highlights with Helen. At the consultation she took time to make sure she fully understood what I was looking for and was careful to manage my expectations, clearly explaining the challenges of achieving the outcome I was hoping for. She also explained her method of working and the approximate time I would take to complete. On the day of the appointment she was extremely thorough and didn’t rush the process at all, her primary concern was getting the closest result to what I was looking for whilst maintaining the quality and health of my hair. I’m absolutely delighted with the colour and the overall appearance, the highlights are finely done (no big chunks of colour!) and she perfectly placed them around my face as I wear my hair up a lot. As well as a being an excellent colourist Helen is such a gorgeous woman to spend a few hours chatting with, she kept me supplied with peppermint tea and gave me such a relaxing head massage! It was an extremely positive experience and I can’t recommend Helen highly enough.”

The service Daban and his team offer is excellent, a clean and friendly environment, the team listen to what the customer wants and importantly deliver. “The VIP Room is a great expansion to fantastic service from Nabi. I’m ‘fussy’ with fine hair that’s challenging for many barbers. I’ve been coming to Nabi for over 6 years so naturally he’s invested the effort to know a bit about me, my family and what’s going on so it’s a friendly catchup. The move to offering a VIP room has made the experience even better, booked slot rather than drop-in, the room’s quiet, I’ve never felt the feeling Nabi was rushing my cut due to other customers waiting, but in the room there’s no distractions and no consciousness of other customers. Will be interesting to hear how Nabi progresses his next record attempt!”

“This is how all shops used to be and how most shops should be now. Went in to ask if they had a tap cartridge for my kitchen sink. Lovely helpful team firstly, tried a repair with silicone grease but when that didn’t work I popped back and they had found a new one. Before selling it to me, they double checked all the fittings to ensure it would work for my mixer tap. Great price for the part and got home and it fits and we no longer have a dripping tap. Thanks too all the team for their expertise.”

She is an excellent practitioner, Very thorough and highly skilled. She gave me the best lips (juvederm volift), cheek fillers and botox. I am so happy I found her! “I had consultations at a couple of Harley St. hair clinics, but I wasn’t filled with confidence - both felt like I was getting a hard sell rather than an attentive and informative consulation. I tried the Treatment Rooms and was immediately at ease that Dr Vara, who did my initial consultation, would be the person carrying-out the procedure. He answered all and any questions I had and was completely honest about the potential results. On the day, the procedure was actually incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. The classes are super fun, a great work out, simple booking via Mindbody and it's very reasonable at around £10 a class. Love it so much and can’t believe I hadn’t been before I did. Really friendly atmosphere no matter what level you’re at and all body types welcome!. They even introduce new people to the class by name and make the effort to remember people’s names.
