It was low on storage and they suggested for me to get a new SSD and I also asked if they do a case change for a new aesthetic. We talked a few times and arranged a date for me to drop off my pc. I was informed throughout the whole time with their ticketing service and even got picture updates of my repair. It was done within a day and it was the perfect handoff. Keith was amazing gave me all the time explaining the functions, upgraded the firmware before installing the unit. They did this on a while you wait basis.
