“A new place to be in Richmond! we live nearby and was super excited to know that Scott’s is opening in the area. The raw bar selection was great and several oysters to choose from. The crab and the prawn in hot starters was delicious, with a lobster as main. The cocktails selection was great both strong and refreshing option. Shaba and Jerome look after us and so as the entire staff who’s very welcoming.”

“Fantastic groomer's all round! I've been taking my dog here for well over a year now and the team is absolutely incredible. They are super hard working, very professional and always take such great care of my dog every time we go. Special shout out to Robbie he's so helpful and caring, I always feel so comfortable leaving my dog with him and the team because I know he's in such great hands. I haven't had the best experience with dog groomer's in the past so finding this team has been a God send! Unfortunately I don't know the other gentleman's name but he cut my dog's hair the last few times and he is insanely talented! BEST DOG GROOMER'S IN TOWN!!! Literally the only place I will ever go to get my dogs hair cut. Thanks a million to Robbie and the team.”

“Needed a table for 3, slight wait of 20 minutes, which I was informed about up front. Lovely hostess who on noticing I had a sore throat gave me a glass of water, really kind of her. Friends arrived and we were shown to the table. Used the app to order which us simple and straightforward. They had run out of corn so we were asked to choose an alternative, this was accomplished without fuss. Food arrived, hot and exactly as asked for. Service was swift, polite and didn't disturb our evening. Food we ordered was delicious and drinks were chilled.”

“This bar is a favourite of my wife we normally have a few drinks here on a Sunday if we are going for a buffet at a local Indian restaurant, the staff are very friendly and very welcoming,helpful, on a sunny day its nice to sit outside the regulars are also very friendly.the only down side about sitting out side are the beggar's asking for money or and cigarettes. But we'll worth a visit”

“Where to start… Trailfinders is an incredible travel agency with impeccable service and amazing people! I want to particularly call out Trailfinders Richmond and travel agent James! Trailfinders was recommended to me by a friend and last year I finally convinced my husband to book our first trip with Trailfinders to Croatia. We loved it! Great hotels in amazing locations! It was our best holiday so far. We decided to book a 2 week Japan holiday through Trailfinders for March 2020 to celebrate my birthday. Before Trailfinders I spent hours and days searching different websites and comparing prices. We walked into our local Trailfinders and James put together a fantastic Japan tour for us within a couple of hours. Unfortunately as everyone knows Covid hit us although our departure date was scheduled before lockdown. In the run up to our departure date, when things became so unsure and places started closing down in Japan, James was on the phone to us several times a day keeping us in the loop on the situation and getting updates from Japan. In the end we decided to reschedule our trip to October instead of risking getting possibly stuck in Japan. A good choice considering lockdown came into place only days later. Usually you would be charged for changing your dates right? But not with Trailfinders! They allowed us to change our dates without extra charge, but taking the hit themselves! Our new travel date was supposed to be in 1 week, however due to restrictions we cannot go of course. James has been available to us with updates this whole time and we now had the choice to reschedule again or cancel with a full refund. As we don’t know how long this whole thing will take we decided to cancel and we received a full refund in less than 2 weeks! Thinking about how long it would have taken us getting our money back – if we even would have gotten it back – from different travel websites and airlines is cringe worthy. We have been utterly stunned and impressed with Trailfinder’s customer service and care! One thing we know for sure – once we can travel again - it is Trailfinders for us all the way! Keep up the fantastic work and we hope for all of you that things can return back to normal soon!”

“Very nice hotel, not too far from Kew Gardens and Richmond town centre. Up on the hill with some great views this place. Key highlights for me, we wanted to park for two nights as we were staying for a wedding and they only charged for one and gave the second day as complimentary. Also my partner forgot her mascara and the lady at the front desk was very helpful in letting her borrow hers! Not a service they normally offer I’m sure, but great of her to provide this. Beyond this, the beds were comfy, very cleanly and it was not noisy at all.”

Even when they’re closed on I think Wednesdays and I’m craving Thai I’d rather make my own food than get Thai anywhere else. The food here is just that good. “It has been a great experience getting our new kitchen from Richmond Kitchen (Kingston branch), from our first visit to the show room to finalise the design details, Matt has been very patient and professional with us throughout, specially we changed design multiple times. The product quality is very good and easy to fit. We are very happy with the services from Matt and Vahid, and the finalised product looks very good. “I had my surgery for a total left hip replacement at west Middlesex hospital on the 5th August 2020. Arjuna was my surgeon and looked after me with his team from day 1. I was the first day surgery case patient for a total hip replacement at the hospital (which is exploring new ways of working given the Covid environment backdrop). My personal experience with the team at west Middlesex has been fantastic and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a great unit and indeed a great surgeon / consultant for surgery. The initial consultation for sign off for surgery, the pre - operative assessment and talking through the surgery procedure were all carried out with a high level of due care and clinical excellence. I felt as a patient that the over riding priority was achieving a great clinical outcome for me and my surgery. The day of the surgery was very well co ordinated and went smoothly. Admission was straightforward, I was administered local Anaesthetic and the surgery took around 2 hours. I arrived at 7.30am and was discharged around 7pm the same day. Just brilliant. Since discharge I have been in constant contact with Arjuna and the team and the physio unit. I have also had two follow up appointments where Arjuna has held office himself directly. I am now nearly 7 weeks post surgery and progressing well and will be back to see In 3 months time for an assessment and x ray on the new joint. Thank you to Arjuna and the whole west Middlesex team for their care and passion. They have cleverly demonstrated the high value of keeping these important services local.
