“Superb service and very reasonable, my little girl poodle went in and I expected her to come out without much fur as i though her knots would need so much attention. Danielle took her time to comb through and keep her fur. She came out looking a million dollars and smelling better than myself. Very well run business and always polite taking time to ask how I and my family are? something you don’t get much of these days. Highly recommend and wouldn’t go anywhere else.”

“I think this is more than likely one of if not the very best cafe in Kent. Staff are amazing, and the food is awesome. I wouldn't advise you order your food through just eat though, as they certainly don't help this cafe out with the presentation of the food, once they have delivered it, it looks like it had been kick around all over the place. You must dine in, or take away. Do not get a just eat delivery.”

I ordered Caprese do Bufala (creamy mozzarella with tomato and pesto), Bronzino al Forno (sea bass) and Chocolate dessert. This had a real nice flavour profile. Dessert was amazing. “Always go to the Gravesend store to purchase my two daughters shoes. Requested Carol (as we’ve always had her and had excellent service from her), but She was not in on the day we went so was served by Emily. Emily was just as helpful, even ringing another store to locate a certain shoe style in one of my daughters size. Carol was working at that store and she kindly brought the shoes to the Gravesend store for my daughter to try on the next day. Nothing was too much trouble. Will always use the Gravesend store first as can’t fault the service. Thankyou”

“It started a little hectic as one of our tables was cancelled as they thought it was a duplicate booking… considering we walked in at a very busy time (14 of us), with a little hiccup, we had a lovely warm welcome… lovely family atmosphere… served warm bread and dips whilst waiting for starters… main course was timed perfectly. Could not fault the staff, service or the food. Kings Arms is back on the map, well done, we’ll see you again soon..”
