"I went for a gel manicure. I arrived with lovely, long natural nails and left with short, square unnatural looking nails. I wanted to maintain my almond shaped nails but whilst my hands where in hers was told that wouldn't really work (no idea why, she didn't explain herself well!). She cut and filed them down to a stupidly short level and gave them a horrid square shape. My fingers were covered in paint after too, I was very unhappy when I left. The customer service is very lacking too, they staff are all so untalkative and blunt, the atmosphere wasn't nice. First and last time going there!"
