“First time in this hotel. In city centre, very close to public transport, no car park but Ruskin Square parking opposite the hotel and the ticket can get validated. Room smaller than expected but we'll equipped. Service great! If I remember correctly the name of the staff- Menaj- went out of his way- evening and breakfast - to help. I saw another guest going and thanking staff for the service, and said he's been using the hotel frequently and they are always very helpful. I will definitely use this hotel again.”

After doing plenty of my own research Caroline was able to beat any cost I could find and sort out flights , accommodation , transfers and even the ski hire / passes.
