“I've used Rickshaw Travels a number of times. They are my go to travel company for my annual holidays because they are professional, attentive and always deliver. My family and I really enjoy the personal service and Bhavin tailors the holidays based on our requirements. We recently used Rickshaw Travels when I was looking to book a holiday in the Maldives and Dubai. We were celebrating my wife's birthday and we needed separate bookings for other family members who would be meeting us and surprising my wife in Dubai. The logistics were a potential nightmare for me with different requests regarding flight times and durations etc. Bhavin and the team and Rickshaw Travels made the whole process seamless. They spoke directly with the family members and logically assembled a plan that would work for us all. Bhavin secured a lovely resort in the Maldives that was child friendly for a cheaper price than I could find anywhere myself on the internet. The flights and connections including the sea plane were booked with minimal stopover time and he kindly reserved the basset seats at the front of the plane for our baby too. The family arrived in Dubai a few hours earlier than we did and were waiting in the lobby to suprise my wife. It was a fantastic holiday and it wouldn't have been possible without the help of Rickshaw Travels. I cannot recommend Rickshaw Travels highly enough. We have used them for years and will continue to do so because it takes the stress out of holiday bookings so we can focus on looking forward to enjoying our time there. “Most reviews talk about how great their trip was. And yes, my trip was great, but the true test of a booking company is how they plan ahead, solve problems and respond. Travel Butlers absolutely had my back, doing the research, answering endless questions & solving problems BEFORE they occurred. I have traveled over 40 countries now and most of the time I make all my own arrangements. But African countries can be particularly challenging and then throw in the varying and ever changing Covid requirements, yellow fever, etc. and it can be a nightmare. Prior to the African safari trip with Travel Butlers, I had another Safari planned with a different booking agent in Uganda. It was Tracy at Travel Butler's that alerted me to the yellow fever vaccine required that I did not have, not the other booking company! It was Tracy at Travel Butler's not the other booking agent that helped me maneuver through all those requirements. Travel Butlers solved several other problems for me that were not their doing. They were simply awesome. I met with a couple whose trip was a disaster and they blamed it completely on the booking agent that they hired. I believe that Travel Butlers is very competitive in their pricing but for your sake as well as the trip - look beyond the pricing. You want to have great memories, not a nightmare like the other booking company almost provided.”

“It is really difficult to find a travel agent where you can actually deal face-to-face with a person. Not only that, but it is really easy to access their 'shop': via Southgate tube and bus station or local parking (Asda) I found the staff very understanding of our travel plans. They were able to facilitate our need for split flights. Appropriate questions were asked to ensure a successful trip: passport expiry dates, insurance, Covid advice, transfers ... I am very happy with the service received and would highly recommend.”

“Just returned from 3 weeks in Vietnam and Cambodia. Our objective was to see beyond the war-torn media coverage and to get to understand the culture and the people. The tours were exceptional and exactly what we were looking for, from city walking food tours to madcap Vespa rides into the countryside; from kayaking in the Bay, to a fishing boat and floating restaurant on Cambodia's lake. I would like to thank IQBAL bhai, MEBZ Bhai, SHAKEEL Bhai and BABU uncle for this beautiful experience and helping us complete our 5th pillar with such a prefection I cannot describe, Also making our dream come true without any negative moments. It's our first time doing Hajj in 2019 (1440) and you do hear a lot of cons about some of these Hajj Agencies and their packages. Allah SWT is my witness I have been looking for a hajj packages for over 8 months and spoken to over 100 companies to find an honest and legit tour operator that won't rip us off. Most people I have spoken to i got their numbers from internet and are based in India and Pakistan but lie saying they have an office in London which they dont. Everything was done through emails which I was uneasy about. Then I found Al-Hijaz not from recommendation but through internet, first time speaking to Iqbal Bhai he told me about his package but didn't force me to buy his package, instead he was telling me to lookout for all the negative tour operators and how to keep myself and my money protected from these con artist and assured me I will find someone that meets my demands. After few hours I felt like this company was right for me so I met Iqbal bhai in his office with my wife and spoke to him in details about his package as I loved his honesty for the first time we spoke. I was uneasy about sharing my room in Azizziyah with anyone and Shifting package. But Iqbal Bhai promised me that this is a beautiful moment I wont forget and their building are newly refurbished. AllahamDulliah the whole experience was magical almost perfect and Iqbal Bhai and the crew have delivered everything that they have promised. I say almost perfect because I wish I could've stayed there longer then 4 weeks. The 5* hotels was right next to kaaba and madina hotel was right next to women's gate which made easier for my wife, service was extremely good, Iqbal Bhai made sure we got the keys to our room instead of waiting around in the lobby. They were with us throughout the whole Hajj period, our safety was their priority and guided us in confidence. This was the Best time we had in our life, met alot of new brothers and sisters who made us feel like their family and treated us equal regardless what culture we was from. I would definitely recommend Al-Hijaz to everyone and I would want you guys to experience the same feeling that I went through. It's an opportunity of a lifetime, let the BEST team guide you and be part of your life throughout this holy journey. “This was a second Hajj for me, but first with Hajj Travel. I had an experience to expect challenges from previous visit. This was fantastic, because Total trust in Allah SWT, gave us chilled out brother Ahmed from UK, direct Saudi Airline with prayer facilities, nice Halal food, coach ride with plenty of sleep time, morning Umra with minimum effort truly a blessing given the busy period, brilliant Aziziya accommodation with plenty to eat in community atmosphere. Social lounge with internet, cloth washing facilities, friendly staff and welcoming organisers. Having an Imam who helped us with ritual queries and method was very much valuable. The stay in Mina was much better than previous, but fellow Hujjaj were great company. For the price package I would say its very special 5 star. We were given exceptional service. The day of Arafat was great, we had air conditioning both at Mina and Arafat, food was plenty, cold drinks were plentiful. Hotels at Makkah and Madina were close proximity to Masjid. Very nice and plenty of food. The organisation was very good such that all rituals were performed with relative ease and smoothly,given the huge flux of people. Overall great package, value for money compared to others, if you have a budget then you won’t be disappointed. I would definitely recommend this group and wouldn’t hesitate to go again with them. Remember Hajj is challenging not a holiday but this was exceptional and spiritually rich experience by the Mercy of Allah SWT. Many thanks to Hajj Travel for fantastic experience.
