“I was on a holiday with Mother and 2 children, 7 and 2. We were visiting Warner Bros Harry Potter tour. It could not have been more perfect for accessing the bus at Watford Jun. The staff were incredibly helpful with information on the area. We had a 2bedroom apt. It was lovely and big with all of the necessary accessories for a self catering stay.”

“Particular heartfelt compliments to Dr Shefali Pandit for her excellent clinical and communication skills and for the urgent and timely intervention she provided for my acute dental emergency. She explained my dental problems and the treatment options so well. Also, Juliana is so friendly and caring. All the staff are absolutely wonderful, very welcoming, very warm and caring. All are very hard working, treating patients daily even through their lunch breaks, and will still have a broad smile and an untiring positive approach towards patient care. “Amazing Indo-Italian food. Family favourite with a superb golf range. Surprised to find new investors from September would completely change the menu with American favourites. Place has a strong following and I would imagine lot of people including a large vegetarian regulars will be disappointed.”

“Dr Wolfgang Muller, it's an incredible and supper dedicated doctor! His patience and care for our son were amazing. We have seen many doctors who just sent us away - stating that this is normal for his age. Dr Muller is the perfect example of a doctor that every parent would like to know. Not only he took great care of our son even after his working hours, but he also kept us updated on the results of every test immediately. He kept on checking on us late at night and days after the visit. I can't recommend Dr Muller enough, and we won't see any other Dr for Joshua till we have to :)”

“My experience of the Noke hotel is limited to attending a Wake there so I can only speak to what I found on that occasion. The building is well maintained outside, white and immaculate. The car parking is good and the parking area is also maintained well. Inside the hotel is clean, warm and very comfortable. The staff were polite and efficient. Our party had a pleasant room provided for our exclusive use. The buffet lunch was excellent; everything was beautifully fresh and appetising. The sandwiches and snacks were nicely presented, imaginative and catered for both meat eaters and vegetarians. There were plenty of signs to help you navigate from place to place. I really have no fault to find.”

“We rented the Alexandra road flat for > 1 month, while our house was renovated. We already knew that Alexandra road was a nice quiet road near Watford junction and Watford town centre, so had no reservations before renting it. It was a stylish and well looked after flat, with an excellent and timely communication from the service company. We have no reservations to recommend both for either short or long term stays.”

“There are bad reviews about this surgery but I would like to sing their praises. I went to the surgery today with my daughter who had a flu jab at 8.00a.m. My appointment was 1.00p.m. but Doctor Eliad was prepared for me to have my vaccination early, due to being with my Daughter. Whilst I was there an elderly gentleman needed a prescription, he was told to go to the pharmacist and explain that he needed an urgent prescription. The gentleman explained to Doctor Eliad that the pharmacist is not normally helpful. Doctor Eliad said he would put the computer on specially to send a prescription through to the pharmacist. That is what I call “going beyond the call of duty, on a Saturday. Thank you Garston Medical Centre.”

“I can’t say enough good things about the way my father has been treated at Northwick Park. From his A&E admission which was thorough and efficient, to his stay in Jonson Ward, the wonderful staff have gone out of their way to help him with his diabetes, his respiratory infection and his mobility issues. OT proactively assessed and put a care plan in place (BIG thank you to Jess!). Everywhere I went in the hospital it was spotlessly clean. Keep up the good work - you are an amazing hospital!”
