"Originally came for a coil removal but I was convinced by the doctor to keep it in...(think she couldn't be bothered to remove it). Came back again about a month later but they were short staffed so was told I wouldnt be able to have it removed today & then sent to Hemel Hempstead clinic monday walkin service. Only to find that the Hemel clinic has been closed down for renovation for 4months. I have today come back to Watford only to be sitting here for over 2 hours I have sat and watched literally everyone go in and be seen. I was number 19 but somehow number 25 has gone and left and I'm still sitting here. Very bizarre!"
