"Nice atmosphere as no loud music. Good choice of ales and beers. Large TV to watch sport. Nice example of what local pub should be. There was a Thai eating place within the establishment but that has now closed. That is the only negative."

"One of my favourite locals. Always clean. A grand welcome awaits you with good fresh real ale to choose from. There's wine and snacks. Mr Tings Thai food has stopped doing their food as I speak now which is a shame as I loved it very much so I don't know what is happening with the food menu"
