Beit Beirut
“We booked for 2 as the reviews showed fabulous food and staff. We chose 2 menus, one vegetarian and the plates just didn't stop coming. We couldn't believe how much food we were being served. We drank Lebanese wine and beer which were also excellent. While we still had plenty of food on the table, the friendly waitress brought more tasting plates and announced she would bring the main course in 15 minutes! We were amazed that there was more food to come. The restaurant is a real gem. The staff are genuinely warm and explained each dish as it was served. We loved the wine wall and the coloured lighting. Will definitely return to repeat the experience. We had to take away the baklava as we were simply too full. That was lovely too. Thank you.”
Bistro Marie
“Enjoyed an impromptu lunch here today. Julie very welcoming as always and so adaptable with choice of menu. Tasty food, cosy and always worth a visit. Look forward to next time.”

Japes
“A must try place for Chicago deep dish pizza. The garlic bread was a 11/10 as the pizza itself was to die for. So cheesy and flavorful. And the crispiness of the fries were on another level. I cannot recommend this place enough”
Bistro Laz
“Three of us had lunch here last week. The chicken skewers and pizzas were all fresh and delicious. Even the chilli sauce was ‘home-made’. Service was warm and friendly. We will go back soon.”

Kiyoto Sushi Mill Hill
“Kiyoto is hands down the best sushi in the area. Great selection of appetisers sea bass carpaccio was amazing. Superb sushi including their delicious crunch rolls. Nice service. It’s fairly quick to eat there so good for 60-90 mins. But you won’t be disappointed.”
M and D Japanese Deptford
“This place is the most accessible small Japanese takeaway ever been to! Really good and there is a ramp up to the entrance. The food is amazing please come here it needs more people! Such cheap sushi and really good curry. So happy ♡”
Cappadocia
“We visited on 11/2/23 Saturday late lunch 14:20 ish. There was a very warm welcome and a choice of seating for us and plenty more. The volume of customers was just right not too many and not empty despite the lateness of the time. I chose the Organic fillet of Salmon. Organic Salmon fillet pan fried in unsalted butter with crushed fresh herbs and white wine (optional), topped with roasted almond flakes served with sautéed spinach and roasted sweet potatoes. I didn’t recognise the sweet potatoes because they were white tasted just as good. It all tasted just as expected and I loved the sauce although I would have liked a little more. The salad had a lot of dressing so I would ask for no dressing next time. As we didn’t order a starter, we were offered some olives to keep us going as all the food is freshly cooked. My husband chose Adana Shoulder of lamb minced, blended with spices and herbs, char-grilled and served on lavash bread with bulgur, salad and sliced red onions. This was tasty but very spicy so he asked for a yogurt dip which made all the difference. (I don’t know it’s proper name). He also ordered chips which arrived (thermally) very hot. My only comment is that the plates could’ve been warm to keep the food warmer for longer. We don’t eat very quickly. The food came in good time. We didn’t have pudding as it was already a late lunch. A lovely complimentary square of sponge, soaked in something delicious like honey, arrived while we were waiting to pay. We had a lovely conversation with the waitress who was from Ukraine, and had been in the country several years. The menu is very extensive and each dish has a picture which is always helpful with such innovative looking food.”
New Sunbury Chinese Foods
“I've used this takeaway for many years. I had a problem recently. On my next visit the lady behind the counter not only recognised me but also remembered my complaint. She made amends by giving me a complimentary dish. Great hospitality. Will definitely go there again.”
Mahirah Fine Indian Dining, Hampton
“Well you get used to Indian restaurants all being much the same, but at Mahirah they have broken the mould and the difference is in their service. We were greeted well, but rather than being left to peruse the menu, were intuitively offered poppadoms and of course beers (two blokes out for an Indian, how did they guess). After ordering we were left to chat over our poppadoms and pickles (5 beautifully different ones) and quietly advised when our main course was ready, but also encouraged not to rush, but to let them know when we were ready; this was a really nice touch. It might sound like an afterthought but the food was all just terrific, my curry being fresh and spicy but not spicy hot for example. Great food, great service, Great Scott, go give it a try.”
Porto-Madeira
“Fantastic and authentic Portugese and Madeiran food and drinks.. the octopus salad and bread was so tasty. Good selection for lunch. A great place to sit outdoors also when the sun is shining. Will be back again!”
Pierogarnia
“Great pierogi, just like my mum's varenyky. Reasonable prices, too”
Bar Estilo
“A pretty good Spanish restaurant with friendly service. Reservations are recommended even on a weekday lunch as they do get quite filled though walk ins are possible if you go earlier during the lunch service. We enjoyed almost every dish. Standouts were the tempura Guindilla Peppers (great with a beer or G&T, not spicy), Estilo paella (nicely cooked rice, but the choice of a single prawn as the dish accent is perplexing on a sharing dish) and the Prawns Pil Pil (great crunch in fragrant oil, some bread on the side would be much appreciated). The sardines were also lovely. The Spanish tortilla was on the bland side and the lamb skewers too dry.”
Tex Mex
“Came here with my partner last week and was absolutely amazing ! Nachos were unreal and so flavoursome, that guacamole was to die for, the shredded beef tacos were tasty and dripping with flavour, ordered the jalapeno Poppers and they certainly popped ! Best I've ever had. The staff were really attentive and friendly smiles all around ! The decor is great really nice atmosphere. Will be dining again tonight ! Bring your own booze is always a winner. The one star warriors have no taste buds it seems Fantastic Restaurant and the cost is great for the food absolute bargain !”
Tasty Bites Greenford
“Nice bright layout. Great for breakfast, and not too pricy, even if you choose you own combination of items. Booths are nice for the kids, and there are toilets handy too. Convenient location near a few other options in case it is busy. I don't try to drive and park here though, more a late morning walk, or plenty of buses.”
Tikka Nation
“Wife and I went shopping in Watford and were looking for a quick lunch before we headed home. Stumbled upon the Tikka Nation stall in the Atria centre. Smelt really nice and the menu had a surprisingly good range of offerings. I chose a Dhaba chicken wrap with a tortilla and the wife went for a paneer tikka wrap with a naan and the masala fries. The person who served us clearly cared a lot about the quality of the food explaining carefully to the staff member that we had asked for if we could choose our fillings. The food was really high quality and throughout we felt as though we were customers who mattered even though it was quite busy. Massively recommended and fills a niche that is missing in the market. I wish them massive success and will be returning when I can. Hopefully the business can expand even more!”
Hakka Garden
“After our visit today and meeting the master chef and the owners, I can confidently say that this restaurant is a must-visit for all Indo-Chinese cuisine lovers. Other customers have raved about the delicious food and generous portions served at Hakka Gardens. Their specialties are Hakka noodles, Chinese bhel, and Chicken lollipop. Their menu is diverse and offers a wide range of dishes to choose from, catering to all dietary needs. The ambiance of the restaurant is also top-notch, with a comfortable and welcoming vibe. The staff is friendly and always willing to help, which makes dining there an enjoyable experience. If you're looking for a new place to try some tasty Indo-Chinese food, then I highly recommend Hakka Gardens. With their high-quality ingredients, excellent recipes, and outstanding service, you won't be disappointed.”
Azit Korean Restaurant 아지트
“It's a nice small Korean restaurant. Not the best at dealing with vegetarians. Has a good local energy with very good lunch time deals! Unbelievable communication system installed to streamline guest to server experience. Lovely decor, with passionate staff!”
Parlour
“Lovely little place with good food and service and a gorgeous courtyard in the back to eat in. Must try spot. The house bread was really special. Also the Ceviche and tomato salad. Menu changes frequently I believe.”
Banaadiri Restaurant
“My new favourite place to eat! The portions are big, the food is fresh and served piping hot. It's very healthy as well (i went for the beef steak with rice and spinach with a diet coke...only cost £8 in total). The man who runs the place is very welcoming and generous. He saw I had a lot of meat still left on my plate and so asked if I wanted more rice - no extra charge! This place is one of London's undiscovered gems!”
