Indian Express
“Amazing food ! I didn’t expect that although this restaurant is a bit inside the neighborhood, the food worth my trip all the way there ! I ordered veg samosa, chicken beriani , naan , salted lecci and chicken butter. Highly recommend”
Papa-dum
“I happened upon this gem and so glad I did! The staff were so kind and helpful! The food was incredible! I wish I could have tried the entire menu! My server recommended the chai and Pau Bhaji which I would also recommend. The spices and flavors in everything were impeccable.”
The Kerala
“Delicious Food and very nice and friendly staffs. If you looking for a real south Indian food. Here we go this is the place for that "The Kerala".”
Crispy Dosa Wood Green
“Best thali I've ever had! We were very excited to see a South Indian restaurant open in Turnpike Lane since missing the incredible food of Kerela. Wow does Crispy Dosa meet our expectations! The food is incredible. Today we had the Diwali special thali with my favourite being the paneer butter masala, fennegreek potatoes, and rice pudding. I can also recommend the Nilgiri Masala and Mysore Dosa which is perfectly spiced and crispy with accompanying chutneys. Exactly what you want in a dosa. The decor is thoughtful and the chai is delicious. If you're looking for authentic delicious Indian food at a very reasonable price, this place would be right up your street.”
Biryani Stop
“Best biryani & grilled chicken , i have tried other food items too all are tasty .”
La Chingada Mexican Food
“If you’re looking for real, delicious Mexican food and vibes - you should definitely visit this place! So many types of yummy tacos, burritos, quesadillas and much more + fantastic cocktails. Tacos could be a bit cheaper though, but that’s the only downside. I can still 100% recommend this place :)”
Italo
“Small place, small selection of food but for Italo, less is definately more. We bought some focaccia panini that were out of this world. An absolute pleasure with nice weather.”
La Margherita
“Very very good pizza, congratulations to the staff who is really nice and wonderful place. Definitely to came here again.”
The 216 Grind
“Is this the best pizza in London?!? Crunchy, light, tasty... just delicious. Been here twice in the space of few days for brunch (that was one of the best I had in a long time, with perfectly cooked poached eggs on plenty of salmon and avocado) and for a lovely pizza-based dinner. Well done to the young italian guys that open this little new gem in the neighbourhood!”
Pollen Street Social
“The chefs were so lovely and answered all our questions - even the ones my mom asked about the cutlery and kitchen! She got lost on the way and they even offered to try to find her and help her get to the restaurant. Really lovely and very attentive. Each of the twelve courses was incredible. Loved sitting at the counter and watching the finishing touches/kitchen at work. Had the chef’s counter experience and they truly explained everything in depth and showed how knowledgeable and passionate they are about the food and the process.”
Sollip
“Our meal at Sollip was absolutely exceptional, from start to finish - we enjoyed flavours we'd never tasted before and combinations of ingredients that were a real delight. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and knowledgable and made the entire dining experience a memorable one. I love how they asked which our favourite course was - because in all honestly, I couldn't answer! The wine pairing was also first-class. I'd recommend Sollip to anyone and everyone who appreciates good quality ingredients, fantastic cooking and attentive, friendly and down-to-earth service. The Rear Window Restaurant
“One of the best sunday roasts I've had in a restaurant, perfect potatoes, big fluffy yorkshire puddings and amazing gravy. Their cocktails were great, with a big, interesting selection. We went with our toddler and they were really welcoming and engaging with her. They kindly did a kids roast for us (it wasnt on the menu). There is a 2 hour limit on tables, which is a bit tight if you want a leisurely lunch, but they extended ours slightly for us. Food came out of the kitchen very quickly. We will be back without a doubt”
Le Café du Marché
“I so wish there was a six star opportunity when something is so outstanding like this restaurant. Everything was amazing and to taste. Although hidden away it is well worth the search. They have 2 or 3 course meal deals or item by item. The wine and champagne that I both had were outstanding selection by the staff. Very romantic and intermittent. One of the place places I have EVER eaten. And they had live music on a Thursday night.”
China Garden
“The food is tasty.Good food portion and customer service. We have been ordering many times since last year and half. Most important reasonably priced for the quality of food.”
Peter's Chinese
“Peter’s is known as one of the best Chinese food restaurants in the area, can’t go wrong, an absolutely amazing spot. Their prices are decent but the food is great.”

Omoide
“The best sushi bowl I’ve had ever had. So lovely and the sauce was perfect not overpowering like other places! Highly recommend!”
Nonos
“Amazing dishes and service and place! We got the rice covered with leave for the starter and it was so good! Also the lamb with pita bread was amazing. We asked to cut the chicken wrap in two and they were so kind to cut it nicely! The service in general was amazing and so kind. Also the place was very pretty with the gold frame without the paintings :) And I really really enjoy baklava! They said they prepare it for 4 days. The quality was so much higher from other baklava on the street. I would like to come back for sure if I want to have Greek food!”
Le Petit Citron
“Nice place, food amazing, well presented and tasty. It's likely just the timing, but it would have been nice for some soft background music and a bit more patience for service. Would go back again as overall a pleasant experience.”
Awafi Foods
“Discovery of Real & Authentic Lebanese Culinary Delights in the heart of London Recently, while I was in the area during early evening, I decided to have a quick Falafel Sandwich at Awafi Foods, as I had been here pre-Covid for dinner once. Therefore, I am quite familiar with this outlet, as I fell in love at the first bite, and it was always in my mind to try their food again, after Covid, whenever I am in the area, as a must. I just fell in love with the food here, as Lebanese Food in among my most favourite preferences from ages. This is takeaway, cafeteria, which mainly specialises in outdoor catering, with delivery and serving facilities with chafing serving dishes, all packaged together in the deal for many important events, like weddings, birthdays, get-together parties, etc. By then, and on this visit, I saw their Vans busy being loaded up all the time, with hot food for deliveries to various destinations for various events, and they are very busy all the time. Yet, they pay great attention to detail, with same curtesy and warm smiles, even while serving a client who walks in for a simple sandwich or a burger, too. Last time I tried their Kofta Kebabs, Lamb Kibbeh, Hummus, & Fattoush, and also bought few items as takeaway to take them home for the family. This time, I met Jason, the owner himself at the counter, and complimented him personally on the spot, for their fabulous food, and services which are 2nd to none. Surprisingly, their prices are also still the same as pre-Covid, which is an important point to note. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who craves Real Authentic Lebanese Food in London, and at reasonable and fair price, too. Ash-Cash and Ashandkaren”

Eclectic mix of staff from the Middle East including Isreal and Syria . The chef is called Guy and cooks delicious food with love. We were served by Mohammed , Gally and Ali who were very friendly.”
Lavender Garden
“Been to this restaurant few times and never disappoints. Had a great mixed grill today. Place is clean and service is good as well. I wish they could improve the garlic sauce as it doesn't have much taste.”
Naar Lebanese takeaway
“The quality of the food matched the warmth of the staff. It was full of flavour and great portion sizes. It has the charm of an independent family run business so they want to look after you and make you feel welcome.”
Bubala Spitalfields
“Such good cooking! Completely floored by the quality of ingredients and the cooking - totally stellar! Thoroughly enjoyed lunch, tried the vegetarian set menu, very filling and extremely reasonable pricing. Do not miss the cocktails as well, fantastic! Will highly recommend!”
Delightfully Greek
“I don’t even know where to start, I order from here regularly via Uber eats, it’s up there with one of my favourite places to order from in Woking. I’d never had Greek food before Delightfully Greek came to town and I was seriously missing out. The food is always amazing, weather you have the gyro, box or the pastries. Such big portions and really good prices. It’s a shame this place isn’t always busy when I walk past because it deserves to be. I also think a lot of people aren’t aware it’s there so that doesn’t help either. Things you NEED to try- tzatziki, tyrokafteri and the spinach and feta pastry. Also received a freebie today so thank you very much for that; thank you for always accommodating when I ask for a mix of both above sauces too! Really hope you guys stay around for years and years to help get me my Greek fix! ”
Meze Mazis
“Lovely place, clean and nice. Food was great with adequate prices, service was quick and helpful. Looks like run by a family. Well done”
The Greek Corner
“I’m Greek living in UK and was looking a place where can I have a Greek lunch and find out this corner that made me travel back home with their generous portion of mix grill oh and how can not mention their tzatziki sauce you’ll love it ! Kind staff that know how to treat their costumers. They wanted to treat me a dessert as well but didn’t have the time and the space in my stomach so for sure I’ll visit again to try their gyros as it was looking delicious and the dessert of course !! ‘Ps the 2nd photo is been uploaded as a proof’”
GReat Bakery & Deli
