I recently made the mistake of trying another salon but promptly returned to Caroline - who welcomed me back and put things right! I have shoulder-length thick hair, which is difficult to cut/style, but Caroline manages with confidence and I’m delighted every time; making it easy to manage between cuts. “I have been to etica now for over a year to take care of my eyebrows as I work on TV my appearance must be on point. The team here have never let me down and are very flexible with me considering how hectic my schedule. From last minute fixes to changing things when my flight gets moved. “I had a wonderful experience at NailWorld. I was looked after by Shaun/Sean. He was incredibly helpful from the start. I was just a walk-in appointment and my nails were started within 5 minutes of entering the salon. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he kept asking to see the photo to make sure he done my nails just as I wanted them. I was also very grateful for the attention to detail with the shaping of my nails and checking all the colours with me. Overall I left very happy with my Birthday nails. I would highly recommend this salon for their professionalism and friendly staff.”
