“I have been with Mark Nelson's for 30 years with a short gap recently due to personal issues. They have always put my animals first and always treated me and my animals with care and respect. When my beautiful girl Bailey suddenly fell terminally ill, they did everything they could to make her last week's comfortable and pain free, and when she finally deteriorated early one Saturday morning, they were there to make sure she didn't suffer anymore. I have just moved back to the area and have immediately re registered my three with them and an appointment was immediately available to see my poorly cat. Can't recommend this surgery enough. Caring vets and one receptionist lady has to be the kindest and loveliest I've had the pleasure of dealing with.”

I once got there to look for a quick professional opinion on a job I had been quoted a few hundred quid elsewhere and a part I bought for a little over £400. After a test drive, they diagnosed the issue to be nothing but a quick bolt and nut job. They advised me to get a refund for the unused part. Can't rush them but the service sits up there with the best in local businesses. Great stuff.”

It would be nice I'd the surgery started to take on more NHS patients as they used to though as I know people who want to be a patient there but they can't afford to go private and they are therefore missing out on treatment so please reconsider this!”

“Top service! I have been going to Aaron for years for my car audio. He is a great guy and has always tailored everything to my needs as I am an electronic dance music producer and reference my tracks in my car. He knows I need all frequencies to be really clear, with good crisp bass. He has always helped me achieve the best results with each car, working around any problems that have arisen and has always given good advice and spent time tweaking everything to sound to my taste. I bought some Alpine 6 X 9s speakers and a sub years ago from him and they still sound fantastic. I just got them fitted in my new car, where unfortunately my Alpine head unit I bought from him for my old car head wasn't compatible so he did me a trade-in for the old head unit and amp for a good quality new amp for the back speakers and sub and is now sounding fantastic! Makes me driving very enjoyable and helps me make sure the tracks I release sound right. Would highly recommend!”
