“I brought my dog in after he had been attacked by another dog. I was in shock and the receptionists were FANTASTIC, they jumped into action straight away and made sure both me and my boy were okay. The vet and the nurse were also fantastic! Our dog has severe issues at the vets, which added to my concern in the situation (and his, most likely!) but they were so very kind and patient with him. It ended up being not too bad of a wound, and I can't express how grateful I am to them for helping both him and myself in a really stressful situation. I was a bit of a mess when I arrived and was MUCH calmer by the end of the visit, which is entirely down to the wonderful staff being so attentive and caring with my boy. Based on this visit, I could not recommend Alder's enough :)”

We've had a few scares due to being first time puppy 'parents' but they have held our hands throughout and called back so promptly when I've asked for help. Our dog was recently neutered and they could not have been more caring and sensitive to his needs. Very very highly recommended.”

I cannot be happier and my smile has returned after so many years of not feeling confident to smile. “Nobody likes dental treatment but this is as good as it gets. Everybody is very pleasant & efficient. I have been a patient for many years and had fillings & implants. Maybe I'm fortunate to be registered as an NHS patient but their charges are very reasonable. I trust the dentists to be excellent at what they do. There is plenty of car parking and the building is pleasant.”
