“Eric and Julia have been an incredible help! They assisted my family and me throughout the booking experience as well as the check in to checking out nearby locations to visit. We had an issue with a payment error and they immediately took action to resolve it. Eric help so much by translating and accommodating my family with any issues. Julia is very attentive and is always happy to answer any questions we may have! Truly an incredible staff!”

“I really love this concept. This was my second time in London and eating at Flat Iron this year and they didn't disappoint. Once you walk in, they get you seated, bring you a cup of popcorn immediately while you're waiting for the service to make your order. The steak is delicious and once you're paying you'll get a small "coin" for an exchange for the ice cream at the bar as you're leaving. I love this concept! No extra charges for the popcorn and ice cream. Good job!”

“After entering the restaurant; u can feel a very relaxing environment. Menu contained wide choices of Thai food. Once ordered, the food were served efficiently and the taste is good and very importantly hot enough. Staff are very smart (eg, automatically serve ice with lemon when we order sparklingly water; automatically provide chopstick).”

“I have no words. Quite possibly my favorite dining experience ever. First of all, we were sat at a great table and the sun was starting to go down. We were greeted by such friendly staff and started off with incredible cocktails (fantastic dirty martinis here). Then the bread and butter came (for free) - we got refills. The butter is out of this world - this is French level butter. I could eat that butter with everything. We then each got different starters, with the scallops being my absolute favorite. And I don’t usually like scallops. We then got the lamb and the seabass, and split a bottle of wine. I cannot stress how incredible everything was - and honestly quite affordable considering everything we got (mind you I’m comparing to New York pricing). Come here please and you’ll thank me later.”

“Lovely hotel, staff friendly and helpful. Rooms luxurious, clean and comfortable. Location amazing, easy to get by a variety of different transport options. Food and drink good, slightly pricey but your in London.. Didn't get chance to see and use all it's facilities but will try to when I hopefully return, can't wait.”

“Easy to book at at a very good price. Everything that you would need in an apartment is supplied. Apartments are clean and very well appointed. Looked after by very good staff at the check in and throughout our visit. Staff are on hand from 13.00 to 21.00 and then by a phone in the lobby which autodials on pick up.The apartments are on 4 floors with an easily accessed lift. Security is maintained by a steel gate to the street operated by the same swipe card issued for your appartment.lots of good restaurants are within minutes from the residence. This is ideally situated if you want to plan visits to all local attractions such as the gherkin etc which are all within easy walking distance. 5 minutes walk from Liverpool Street station.”

“What a very good hotel, I was made welcome from arriving throughout to my departure. The staff were helpful, friendly, the room was clean and spacious. The location is ideal too, I would stay there again without hesitation and recommend.”

“Everything is perfect, better than what you’d expect. From the details such as toiletries and equipment in the kitchenette to the furniture - the rooms are amazing and comfortable. The room view is one of the best in London. The location is perfect for someone visiting. The cafe downstairs is great for breakfast. However, the highlight is the courteous staff. 100% recommend. 100% will return. Loved everything.”

“Thank you for an excellent meal and warm friendly atmosphere. The Caribbean meal was divine - well portioned and flavoured. To finish with a homemade apple pie and custard topped the meal. I will definitely be coming back with my husband and for Sunday lunch. Tuesday pub quiz is also calling. Regarding the condition of the pub - I think this is part of its charm -a very Walthamstow pub with excellent food and service. Linda :)”

“We had our wedding at Hartsfield Manor and honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough! From the first meeting to view the venue, they made us feel so special and went above and beyond in everything, making sure the day was so personal to us, the wedding coordinators are so organised and on it throughout the planning process and were brilliant on the day! Everyone who stayed said it felt like such a friendly place. The house and the grounds are beautiful and we couldn’t have hoped for a better day - highly highly recommended!!!”

“I love this pub! It's a local boozer and not a tourist trap but if you are a tourist staying in the local area I would recommend dropping in and meeting some locals. I used to live around here and every time I’m back in the area I’ll pop in for a few pints and food. It really has great prices on UK ales, great cask ales and smaller brewery ales too and usually a varied range of them on tap. I’d likely bet they have some of the best prices in London for good drinks. Also note this pub is in the good beer guide and cask marque certified. Food has been very good to excellent and they get it out quickly. Breakfast here is also very good and well priced with pretty much unlimited coffee for only £1.20. I will add the staff have always been very nice and generally attentive. I’ve been coming here off and on since the early ‘90’s when it opened. I totally would recommend this local pub.”

Food was delicious, service was great, venue is clean, they helped us with arranging everything, helped us with suppliers, decorators and even played with our little one. “Great location, 35 minutes to kings cross station, affordable cabs to heathrow airport, and largely self sufficient area that is wembley park. The apartments are spacious, and facilities are good. In-house gym is great for beginner to intermediate fitness oriented residents for cardio and strength training. Concierge is present at the reception so one can receive your deliveries anytime.”

“Davidson House is one of the best accomodation option for students in Kingston, it's location is perfect for commuting to anywhere within greater London at any given time. There are some issues at times as there's no full-time security or attendant on property & maintenance person also visits just once every week, which is troublesome at times; but all thanks to property manager Mrs. Smriti Shah for dedicatedly working towards delivering best possible experience for the resident students.”
