On the day of the appointment she was extremely thorough and didn’t rush the process at all, her primary concern was getting the closest result to what I was looking for whilst maintaining the quality and health of my hair. I’m absolutely delighted with the colour and the overall appearance, the highlights are finely done (no big chunks of colour!) and she perfectly placed them around my face as I wear my hair up a lot. As well as a being an excellent colourist Helen is such a gorgeous woman to spend a few hours chatting with, she kept me supplied with peppermint tea and gave me such a relaxing head massage! It was an extremely positive experience and I can’t recommend Helen highly enough.”
