“I really enjoy nails trip they have a really good self care atmosphere and it feels as though you are having a self care day. I have done my nails quite a few times and it has always been beautifully done and the nails tech always attend to your needs.”

“I booked a flight for 4 of us (2 adults 2kids) from London to Dubai to visit friends for the end of 2021 when I had thought we’d be in a good place with COVID. However, Dubai was moved to red and things were looking far from straightforward. Anyway, I phoned My round trips in may 2021 to see if I could cancel my flights, then rebook when the whole situation was clearer. I didn’t want to risk travelling with 2 small children, and certainly didn’t want to faff around with tests, quarantine etc. My round trips first offered me a voucher but I requested a refund. They confirmed quite quickly that that would be fine. I was told to call back in 6 weeks to claim it.I read a few reviews about My round trips so was feeling very skeptical that firstly I would actually get my money back, secondly that there would be a lengthy delay, or thirdly that I may be charged a whopping admin fee. However, much to my surprise I called back and was told to expect the money in 5-10 working days. Then 4 days later I received the refund in full. I am grateful to My round trips for helping us out so swiftly. I will definitely be booking with them again once the global situation stabilizes. Thanks again!”

And he even offered me a plaster to ensure that I apply everything in the correct manner. A small gesture, but it is things like this that encourages us to come back again and again.
