At the consultation she took time to make sure she fully understood what I was looking for and was careful to manage my expectations, clearly explaining the challenges of achieving the outcome I was hoping for. She also explained her method of working and the approximate time I would take to complete. On the day of the appointment she was extremely thorough and didn’t rush the process at all, her primary concern was getting the closest result to what I was looking for whilst maintaining the quality and health of my hair. I’m absolutely delighted with the colour and the overall appearance, the highlights are finely done (no big chunks of colour!) and she perfectly placed them around my face as I wear my hair up a lot. As well as a being an excellent colourist Helen is such a gorgeous woman to spend a few hours chatting with, she kept me supplied with peppermint tea and gave me such a relaxing head massage! “I like Waitros, have been coming here for many years. Staff are always friendly, always willing to answer a question and assist Very well stalked up, fabulous fresh foods, fish and meat. Good wine selection. Everything you need to make a meal is available. During the pandemic, they have put restriction in place for sraff and customer safety. All trollies are wiped down and handed to you at entrance, also at exit someone will assist in carrying your shopping back to your car. Has great parking space available. Another pleasant shopping trip.”
