“I've been a patient of Bupa South Woodford for many years and I've been very happy with their services. The receptionists are friendly, it's easy to book an appointment and the whole practice is spotless clean. Dr Bolly who looks after me & the hygienists are very professional, I've always received consistently good advice from them and they have never tried to sell me unecessary treatments. The only thing I could say is that the NHS check ups and fillings don't include a basic clean and that the hygienist fees are a bit pricey but that's all really.”

My dentist (Sorry I don't remember her name!) is a really lovely lady who has put me at ease from day one and her nurses are always really friendly and its just a really nice experience. Considering I have previously had bad anxiety about even going to a dentist, I always come out if there smiling and I feel very well looked after and at ease and always get great advice without feeling judged at all. The reception staff are always friendly, helpful, approachable and polite - and the text message before appointments is great because you don't get that with every dentist. I searched and searched No Dentist would accept a Nhs patient but after 6 months of agonising pain with non-stop visits to emergency 101 Dental care Never getting the issue fixed always being told soon the waiting list will open but expect a 8 month wait from that point, I came across the kindest lady Dr.Ehsan who could see the pain and discomfort I was in while visiting one of the 24hrs emergency dentist in finchley utold me of Confident Smile NW1 2NT where she is the Manager and even tho the practice already is over prescribed she gave me details so I may actually get help I so desperately needed and can not afford on private. after visiting the practice I could have cried from how good they made me feel the staff from reception to nurse even the dr all happy to see me all wanted to help and all wanted to make an effort to ensure all of us there was happy and comfortable throughout the whole time I was there. thank you so much you made my year .”

I had to wait a while for a checkup appointment but after I was able to begin my treatment the same day which was excellent! My first treatment was carried about by a very friendly and professional dentist named Raheel (apologies if misspelt), who put me at ease very quickly, made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure and was very proficient.
