"After several days trying to get in contact my phone and mail I have was advised I need to find a new dentist as I missed two appointments (which I called in advance to cancel) after contracting Covid."
"I find the receptionist good at customer service. But the dentist and the assistance very unprofessional and unfriendly.They do not greet and expect you to know what to do without being told.Making you feel very uncomfortable and not explaining the treatment in detail.If they're having a bad day,they shouldn't take it on patients.Its a bad precedent."
