“Fantastic service, communication, amazing food as well. This is not something you would find at any Italian restaurant, the selection is different and refreshing for an Italian like me. We loved everything. Cinzia, the manager was super friendly and accommodating as well as the rest of the staff. We will back for more occasions.”

“Fabulous diner last night. Beautifully decorated restaurant, very clean, nice atmosphere. Very friendly and attentive staff, perfect service. (From arrival to getting our starters served was only 15 min) Menue was varied, with meat and plant based options. Food was outstanding, very tasty and beautifully presented. Highly recommend Passorn. Will definitely pop in again when in this neck of woods. Thank you for letting us have a perfect dinner.☺️”

“Wonderful brunch with friends here on Sunday. They have plenty of seating, some fantastic breakfast/brunch options and really speedy and friendly service. Coffee was also good so we were very impressed with our visit and will definitely return to check out the champagne brunch deal (any breakfast dish, glass of champagne and juice or coffee for £17.95) Tip- if you’re driving into town then it’s best to park at the Castle Street or Sydenham Road car park and wander down to the restaurant.”

“Our server was a nice gentleman, unfortunately did not get his name. Went with family, for a reunion of sorts. Visiting from Canada, so I've never been here. Ordered the set menu. Tomato soup (it was alright, a tomato basil or a tomato bisque would have been better), the imam's bayild (the topping was amazing, not the biggest egg plant fan), and the cheese for dessert (chutney on the sweet side). Would certainly come back and try something new. Coffee a little on the tart/sour side.”

“Love the new cocktail menu! Really great food and service here in the centre of Guildford. We had the sharing platter starter, pork dumplings, King Prawn Pad Thai, Eton Mess, Duck Curry with Jasmine rice. I will most certainly be going back!”

“I ordered a takeaway and thought I would get a drink in the pub next door the jack sparrow in which i found very welcoming and friendly while awaiting my order not only was the food excellent but they delivered it to me where I was having a drink absolutely brilliant service and 1st class food thankyou chertsey restaurant”

“The only reason the room did not get five stars was a few little things that were evident but did not affect my stay. The ceiling above the air con showed black mould? And the clip on the toilet seat was missing but the seat worked just cosmetic. The room was big and there was a good quantity of coat hangers I did ask for more drinks and milk, staff was efficient. And pleasant and very helpful. Parking at night can be a bit tricky I came back late and all the spaces were full. I managed to squeeze in. Even though it was full the hotel was quiet.”

“Every time I come to Guildford I go here! The food is always perfect and although I would t say it’s that authentic it still is so tasty! For hot food on the go or for a quick lunch this is the place to go. I recommend going for the chicken fried rice hot. Good selection on the menu to choose from and there is something for everyone who likes Asian eating.”

“We had someone come and help us out as I am 8 months pregnant and have a toddler so was finding it difficult to find the time and energy. Marie (who took the booking) was really helpful and lovely and the woman who came was incredibly thorough, and also just lovely. She was very mindful of smells and product near me so warned me when she was cleaning near me and was just generally fantastic all round. Highly recommend.”

“One of the nicest meals out I've had in a long time. The staff are amazingly friendly from the moment you walk through the door as was the service throughout, very attentive and quick. The food was just incredible and at a reasonable price. I had the pork belly special of the day which was just fantastic. My daughter had the seafood linguine which she said was the nicest she'd ever had and as an Italian cuisine lover, that's saying something indeed! The portion size was great too. Left just enough room for tiramisu, which as it's my favourite dessert, I can honestly say it was one of the best I've tried! Thank you for an enjoyable evening. Will look forward to a return visit.”

“This is probably the best Japanese (and Korean) food in Guildford. We like it so much that we went twice a week apart. Staff are very hospitable, not too long to wait for food, food tastes delicious and fresh. We'll probably go again soon. Best to book ahead as both times the place was very packed.”

Once ordered, the food were served efficiently and the taste is good and very importantly hot enough. “Excellent stay. It would not be too much to call this place flawless. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is extremely well maintained and sparkling clean. Interior of the whole property is very appealing. Good community overall so I felt very comfortable despite of being an introvert. Perfect location, everything is nearby and in walking distance. Studios are very nice, airy, bright and spacious. Other things I liked are as follows: 1. Free room cleaning for once in every two weeks. 2. Free bakery items and drinks (juices, beer, soft drinks etc) everyday. 3. Personal balcony for all the studios on the top floor. 4. Short term contracts are provided and are very flexible with extending contracts. Few suggestions: 1. May be install stronger heating (resp. air conditioning) as top floor studios get extremely cold (resp. hot). 2. TVs in the studios would be nice. I would definitely stay here again if I get to move to Guilford in future. Highly recommended!”

“Excellent food friendly staff. We tried the Zaitouna special - Gourmet for 2. It was very flavoursm, each item had a different taste. It was not greesy at all or heavy to the belly. I would consider it as a healthier dinner.”
