"Every time we order from here they miss a crisps and dip. EVERY TIME! The price has also gone up a lot while the quality has decreased (burnt churros & cold burritos in our meal tonight). It's a real shame as we used to eat here almost weekly but the decrease in standards and increase in costs means we've moved on. First meal here in a few months and it was the worst yet. Don't think we'll be coming back again sadly."

"Tortilla is one of my favourite places to go- the staff are always super friendly, especially Liz who is an absolute angel. The food is made right infront of you and customisable. Barely ever a queue either, as they are very efficient, and of course the food is delicious. I usually get a large burrito which is around £10 including added guac and beef but you can get a small one for £7.20 . The burrito is the perfect size for me to have half now and half for dinner and they were more than happy to wrap it up for me to take the rest home."

"I’m a big fan of burritos, but I didn’t really enjoy the ones I had on the day visited. The portions are small, meat was cold. Not as tasty as I expected. I don’t think I’ll come again. Also, no one cleans tables after the customers leave, feels a bit dirty."
