“Excellent customer service: I had ordered a punjabi samosa and paneer makhani for dinner. The punjabi samosa was one of the best I have eaten, however the paneer makhani was too sweet and seemed like tomato puree. I called My Spice and a very kind gentleman named Reza explained to me that paneer makhani is very mild and another sabzi will be best for my desi tastebuds. “This is one of my favourite Halal Thai places in London. Great taste, lovely flavours, and good prices too. Saw the chef as he came out for one sec and authentic too. Plenty of seating options including downstairs. Lots of delivery orders, there was someone picking up every few mins (which explainsthe rating). But service was still good for us. Will be back soon for sure.”

“I came here with my brother in January fairly late 9:10pm on a Tuesday evening after being turned away from another restaurant on the street. Simone was our waiter and he was just great! Really makes a difference when the service is on point! He was really attentive and offered my bother some wines to try after my brother said one was his favourite, Simone offered him one he thought he would like better and he was right! Great service! Thank you! Good was tasty, had the salmon pasta and garlic pizza bread is great! The restaurant and decor is clean and modern.”

“We stayed in this hotel Fri-Mon as a base to explore London. Wow we were impressed. Firstly the staff, everyone we spoke to were super friendly and really helpful. Secondly, the laid back lobby/cafe area had a really great vibe, we were happy spending a few hours in here one evening. They offered us two free drinks as we joined their membership (completely free and just a touch of a link). The breakfast was perfect, cooked well and great selection. The room has everything you need, good size and extremely quiet. We didn’t hear anything outside of our room. The wifi is good throughout, the beds are really comfy and there are spare cushions in the rooms. Checkout is 12 which is great for London! Location wise, this is just outside of the tube station (jubilee line) so couldn’t be more convenient, we recommend heading towards the o2 for great restaurants, dockside walks and the cable car only 1 stop away or 15 minute walk. 10/10 would recommend and we would definitely book an Ibis again.”

“I stayed at The Westbridge for 1 night with my wife, after seeing Abba Voyage nearby. The hotel is ideally located for Abba, being around a 10-15 minute walk from the venue. The hotel was immaculately clean, and the staff were all very friendly and pleasant to deal with. The room was a good size, and with a nice clean bathroom with a good roomy shower. The bed was comfy (although after the drinks we could've been sleeping on a plank of wood and wouldn't have noticed). We had breakfast in the morning, and were very pleased with it - there was a good selection of Full English items, fruit, cold meats and pastries. If possible, try and get the train here because parking is quite expensive - we paid £25 for our stay to park in the car park of an adjacent Bingo hall (there's no parking included because the area is very busy).”

“The hotel is really beautiful. The front desk is very helpful and professional. I will share with you one of the examples which reflect the professionalism of the reception. I asked for a taxi from my hotel to the airport through the reception and when the taxi arrived asking about me, the reception start asking different questions to the driver to assure that the taxi is not fake which I really like it from the hotel reception. Going to the hotel room: The size of the bed is enough for two adults and the bed is comfortable. The room size is good compared with other London hotel as most of London hotels room are small. The location of the hotel is in a new area and little bit far away from the most attractive area (30-40 minutes by underground metro) however the underground metro is just 5-10 minutes walking distance. The hotel area is safe, the hotel is just two minutes away from Westfield mall which has a big supermarket and many restaurants and shops. I really enjoyed in this hotel.”

“The hotel was great and very convenient. Relatively new and that shows. Everything in perfect condition. Nice size appartement which was easily kept at a nice temperature. The biggest plus was the great staff at the reception . They were so friendly and helpful. That made the real difference.”

“I come to Pasta Remoli quite often and I have to say they never disappoint! Staff are extremely friendly and take their time explaining their dishes. Food literally comes within minutes of sitting down and is always so tasty. Overall, customer service and quality of food is a 10/10 for me!”

“Stayed here for a few nights during a vacation with friends. Thanks to the DLR station close by had no trouble commuting to central London for all the sightseeing and touristy things we had to do. The rooms were spacious and the staff at the front desk was helpful. They also offer a nice breakfast buffet. Definitely recommended!”

“Delicious sourdough pizza. Took the vegetarian one and it was lovely. The service is super fast. Didn't like that I was told I can pay cash only if I had the exact change, which I did...but what happened to flexibility of payment for customers? What I didn't have the exact cash? Apart from that pizza was amazing!”

“Food is halal. No pork or alcohol served. They do have a certificate. I expected it to be good because its by the same person behind Rasa Sayang. Dumplings were really good as was the rest of the food. A little on the salty side, but that's fast food for you.”

“ACCESSIBILITY: 1 adult with wheelchair. The room has the proper space for a wheelchair. The fireproof doors are manual and heavy. I definitely need someone else to help me out with these types of doors. The staff was amazingly kind and supportive. Thank you!”

“I was pleasantly surprised having not stayed at an Ibis since the days of bunkbeds. Staff were very pleasant, the room was a good size and the bed was conformable. Shower was large with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was well presented with good options. Happy to recommend. I will be staying again”
