“I took my partner here for afternoon tea on his birthday. We had an excellent time. The staff - Roxanne and Chris - went out of their way to welcome us and to make the experience feel special. The afternoon tea itself was fantastic with beautiful freshly prepared sandwiches and fresh warm scones (baked in-house). “Needed a table for 3, slight wait of 20 minutes, which I was informed about up front. Lovely hostess who on noticing I had a sore throat gave me a glass of water, really kind of her. Friends arrived and we were shown to the table. Used the app to order which us simple and straightforward. They had run out of corn so we were asked to choose an alternative, this was accomplished without fuss. Food arrived, hot and exactly as asked for. Service was swift, polite and didn't disturb our evening. Food we ordered was delicious and drinks were chilled.”

“Popped into this fish and chip restaurant today and I'm so glad we did. My wife, two granddaughters and I all ate and I can honestly say I had the best fish and chips I have ever tasted. The chips were just like homemade chips and the fish was perfect as well.”

“Enjoyed a wonderful lunch, went for the tasting menu which was absolutely delicious and reasonable value relative to comparable Michelin-starred restaurants. Every course was great, absolute highlights for me were the 'chaud froid' egg (not at all what I expected but memorable), the charred bream and the lamb. Humongous amounts of truffle were (appropriately) served throughout the menu! Cocktails were excellent! Matched wines were also very good and worked with the menu, but with hindsight we'd have been better off ordering individual glasses as it was better value and there were a couple of wines not to my taste. Service was fantastic - friendly and attentive and not pretentious. Really nice, spacious restaurant interior, not crammed-in like other restaurants. Easy parking for the non-drinker (sadly, me) in the party. We will definitely visit again.”

“It's nice to go to a restaurant where they fill up your water glass when you're close to finishing and place your serviette on your lap. The Dragon Inn is on the prices side compared to other Chinese restaurants but you get what you pay for and the food is absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend and to book for popular evenings (Friday night etc) we ordered so many delicious starters we didn't get to a main course. Will try again next time.”

Starters are around £8, mains and wine (bottle) are around £20 each. Ask about Turkish wines which are not on the menu. Great, fast service. 12.5% service charge is automatically added to your bill. Cozy atmosphere!”

“Best Lebanese restaurant I’ve been to! Lamb kofta was amazing and everything on the table was delicious. Service was brilliant, our group of 8 friends came for a birthday dinner and they made such an effort- singing happy birthday, brought some drums out and even offered to play our own music! Will all be recommending to friends and be will be back again. And to our lovely waitress Sham, thank you you were amazing :)”
