“I was surprised by the quality of food at Shakespeare Bistro. My expectation was another Instagram cafe, however the lamb chops were of excellent quality, cooked well and served with good sides. We also tried the French Toast which was really good. Portion sizes are excellent.”

“My wife and I had a lovely tea in the restaurant. We originally booked for 2.30 but discovered the guided tour of the Wallace Collection started then but the restaurant kindly changed our booking time. Tea was fresh sandwiches, moist scones with cream and jam and good selection of cakes. All in a smart setting with the sun streaming in through the glass roof. No wonder the restaurant was busy!”

“Management recently changed and therefore changing my review to 5 stars... Another week and another excellent pizza and sides.... I order from here often as they are good quality and reasonably priced pizzas. Collecting opens a good range of discounts. They do a 20inch pizza which is huge and perfect for 4 adults with big appetites. And they just add paneer tikka... Awesome... Well done and keep it up.”

“Liked that you now can order online when dining in, makes it faster when busy. Food comes fairly quickly and staff a very friendly. Good for families with small children and plenty of items on the menu for everyone. Unlike other places, drinks here don't taste watered down. Food was good and reasonably priced. Definitely a place to have in mind when out with family in that area.”

“Chicken shish tapas were juicy and cooked through! The cekas and hummus were so fresh and the pita was crisp and hot! Nice blend of oil in them it wasn’t overdone. The stuffed grape leaves were the best out of them all. Jam packed and classy and the side salads were light and refreshing. First place in London to eat and we will be going back!”

“Food - Fresh and of good quality. Plenty of options available. Try out the Jug of Lassi, really good portion and tasty. Price - Reasonable price compared to other restaurants near by. Location - 2 minutes walk from Gants Hill Tube station (Central line), parking space in near by street is free after 6.30pm. Reservation - We booked the table in advance to avoid any delays. Customer service - The member of staff is good, they welcome us, and throughout the time they were excellent.”

“Have food from here on a regular basis and has always been very nice. Very friendly delivery drivers as well. Last week I ordered online delivery and when delivered was one item short. That is not my complaint as things like this happen now and again. I rang and explained. Without hesitation or questioning, the young man promised to deliver the missing item asap and within 25 minutes I had the remaining dish. Excellent customer service (and food). Happy to recommend.”

“Some reviewers here seem unable to compute the notion that food and drinks might coexist in the same space as fashion and beauty. Peter Jones must be quaking in his boots! I for one had a wonderful experience here and this kind of independent, experimental lifestyle space is exactly the kind of lifeblood that the King's road is in dire need of. There are enough Starbucks and trust-funded vanity projects, if that suits your fancy.”

“Wonderful ambiance 1st time there and was not disappointed! The pizza here is real amazing and would recommend trying these guys out. They have a great toppings selections and great prices. No other pizza compares to this one. Really fresh and well made. Not over or under cooked. They’ve somehow managed to make it the perfect middle. I highly recommend them here! Make sure you get the garlic and herbs or honey and mustard to dip the pizza in, it takes the pizza to the next level! You guys really need to think to expand nationwide!”

“I had the chance to watch the first half of the match here. I arrived without reservation asking for a table for 45 minutes even though the bar was packed. Not only they accomodate me but they came to refill my beer and when I asked for my order to the manager who was serving, because I had just a little time, they tried to serve me as soon as possible. Well done.”

He provided great (honest) feedback for various looks and made it a very pleasant experience overall. This is my second time visiting the store and I have always received great customer service.
