Cafe Yukari
● Closed“Customer service is excellent. There was a lovely lady working there! I ordered an iced matcha latte and jasmine tea. The matcha latte was not sickly sweet and it was just right like the Japanese way. One lady even gave me a free complimentary biscuit. If you are fan of japanese drinks I would HIGHLY recommend. One of the best and you won't regret it :)”

The Dysart Petersham
● Closed“Enjoyed a wonderful lunch, went for the tasting menu which was absolutely delicious and reasonable value relative to comparable Michelin-starred restaurants. Every course was great, absolute highlights for me were the 'chaud froid' egg (not at all what I expected but memorable), the charred bream and the lamb. Humongous amounts of truffle were (appropriately) served throughout the menu! Cocktails were excellent! Matched wines were also very good and worked with the menu, but with hindsight we'd have been better off ordering individual glasses as it was better value and there were a couple of wines not to my taste. Service was fantastic - friendly and attentive and not pretentious. Really nice, spacious restaurant interior, not crammed-in like other restaurants. Easy parking for the non-drinker (sadly, me) in the party. We will definitely visit again.”

A Cena
● Closed“A gorgeous, warm, vibrant, romantic, welcoming, charming restaurant. I visited on Saturday 29th October 2022 for lunch, for two. The menu appeals from top to bottom, the service is friendly, attentive and what really appealed was the recommendation for a wine so perfect for lunch, there was no way I'd have chosen so well. Overall, this is a fabulous place for lunch and I reckon even better for dinner......which I'm looking forward to finding out :)”

Pier1 Fish and Grill
● Open“It was the only non-salty fish and chips I had in London. You'll know at first bite that it's a fried fish cooked with very fresh fish. And it was very reasonable prices! I strongly recommend it!”
-
The Grill Off The Green
● Closed“Food and drinks were absolutely amazing. Duck confit with a British twist was superb. Lovely vintage dessert wines were a fantastic highlight of our lunch. We walked in without a reservation, and the host managed to find a table for us. Later on the host asked us to move to a different table, which wasn’t a big deal at all. Yet, the host kept on apologizing and even gave as two glasses of wine free of charge at the end of our lunch! So nice of him! Fantastic place, highly recommended!”

Ma Cuisine
● Open“A cosy French resto in Kew! Their menu is written in English and offers elegant, tasty dishes such as roasted Barbary duck breast with cardamom jus and peach and lettuce. Their starters of rabbit and pork terrine with gherkins and raspberry vinaigrette .. simply delish! There’s outdoor seating and cosy indoor seating during winter. Interesting interiors, unusual French ambience. If you don’t have time for a Eurostar ride across the channel but you’re craving the delicacies of French cuisine, this is the place. Open for both lunch and dinner. On-street parking. Just a short walk from Kew station if coming by train. Strongly recommended.”
-
Cafe Macarong
● Open10 Station Parade, Richmond TW9 3PZ, United Kingdom“Lovely spot for a coffee and cake – but it’s more than a café stop. They have books for you to read! This place provides a soothing sanctuary of calm for those looking for a place of rest and reflection. And it’s just yards away from Kew station. Serves fantastic coffee. Inexpensive. We love their incredibly tasty food, such a huge array of vegetarian and vegan options. Nice friendly atmosphere. Yes go browse the shelves or your newly-purchased reads while you sip a latte and chat with the owners about their most highly-recommended books of the moment. Kew Bookshop is just opposite.”

The Dragon Inn
● Closed130 Sheen Road, Richmond TW9 1UR, United Kingdom“It's nice to go to a restaurant where they fill up your water glass when you're close to finishing and place your serviette on your lap. The Dragon Inn is on the prices side compared to other Chinese restaurants but you get what you pay for and the food is absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend and to book for popular evenings (Friday night etc) we ordered so many delicious starters we didn't get to a main course. Will try again next time.”

Bosa Lebanese Putney
● Open“Best Lebanese restaurant I’ve been to! Lamb kofta was amazing and everything on the table was delicious. Service was brilliant, our group of 8 friends came for a birthday dinner and they made such an effort- singing happy birthday, brought some drums out and even offered to play our own music! Will all be recommending to friends and be will be back again. And to our lovely waitress Sham, thank you you were amazing :)”

-
Hilltribe
● Open18 Red Lion Street, Richmond TW9 1RW, United Kingdom“Remarkably nice Thai food for the price, very good tom yum and was impressed with the lamb special. Staff are really friendly, and appeared to assume my friend and I were a gay couple when they provided us with one free dessert and two spoons. This, while a little off the mark, was a very nice gesture and shows they are LGBT friendly! Despite this, they don't include a service charge so make sure you give them a tip.”
-
Yum Sa
● Closed“Lovely dinner, great atmosphere, lovely decor. From our starters to dessert everything was fab. Highly recommend. Our waiter Will was just great! Amazing customer service all around from him, made us laugh too! We will definitely be back. Great location too”
-
Al Forno Putney
● Closed“We had been here a couple of times over the last couple of years but have recently moved within walking distance so have come three times in three weeks. The food is very tasty with good portions at very reasonable prices. The kids' pizza is massive as well! The staff are friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is actually really fun. I only didn't go for the full 5 stars for atmosphere because the music has felt a bit too loud for my liking when we've been for lunch the last two weekends. However, when we went for my birthday one evening in December, they had a live singer, who was so good we actually started debating whether he was miming to original recordings! He wasn't but he was that good! It's really nice for lunch; it's fantastic for an evening celebration meal with friends.”
