Attended site on the day of delivery to supervise lift. Andy was an exceptionally experienced driver / crane operator. Parked conveniently to one side so not to block the road and cause any inconvenience to my neighbours and then drove in when space had been made. Health and Safety was adhered to during the lift. i.e. coned off, plates underneath stabilisers, correct slings etc. Delivery was on time without any issues, professional and well mannered team. Would recommend / use again without any hesitation!”

● Open“Great experience! Only good things to say about the staff and the hotel. Despite being there on the first day of their soft opening, everything worked well. The art room plus king was comfortable and silent, and exactly like the website photos. Blinds properly blocked any outside light which was also appreciated. Positively impressed with the walk-in shower. The gym, sauna and steam rooms look good but I didn't have a chance to try. Big plus are the meeting rooms they have on the 1st floor that are usually bookable with a fee for the entire day. Tozi, the italian restaurant, served good options, being located next to the reception (convenient), and happens to be where the all inclusive (a la carte) breakfast is served. The rooftop bar and infinity pool were not yet open for use but had interesting views of the Power Station and felt impressively close to the chimneys. When Joia restaurant opens in Feb this hotel will be an even better option. Kudos to Rhodric for taking the time to answer our questions and showing us the hotel installations!”

Following this we asked him to return to replace a leaking sink/ hand basin and, most recently, for a leaking toilet All work was carried out promptly, professionally and with minimum disruption, considering the tight confines Raj was working in! Raj explained all options and was fair with costs and any estimates A friendly and helpful builder, plumber and general maintenance guy, I would be confident to recommend his services!”
