The manager Imogen Quintin-Archard went above and beyond in finding the spec of the item, speaking with the manufacturer and even finding the sales manager for the area to discuss the product. I have not often seen customer service taken so seriously - I would recommend them without hesitation."

"I'm in the trade and wouldn't go there unless you have to. They are too busy playing war games on their phones. Plus the wood they have is outdoors in an open area where the wood is bent and out of shape. Once you buy it Travis Perkins store won't accept returns apparently as it's too bent. Whose fault is that for keeping it outdoors."

"Travis perkins "building products for the trade". What a joke , this branch should close. Been here 5 times in 3 months to get everyday building products and they either don't stock them or have run out of stock and don't know when there getting anymore. Your better off going to b and q at least there they act like they give a damn."
