“Its unfortunate for them to only get an average of 3 if I gave them a 5⭐️. I’ve been one of their customers since 2014 and not a single shipment failed. I’ve never used any other shipment service to Philippines. I guess some individuals expect an air fast service but they don’t realise that they only paid for a shipping service. We need to accept delays as they don’t have control once its been out in sea specially on peak months. “Very helpful staff. I ordered a heavy duty mattress for our exhibition last minute. Instead of waiting for it to be delivered, I decided to come to tuffnells warehouse to pick it up. The rug was in a 4m long roll, and weighs about 50kg. It was impossible to fit in my car. Luckily The traffic manager and other staff helped me fold it and managed to load it in my car.
