"i have been dealing with Allport for about 9 years now, and initially i must say their service was faultless. with time however, it gradually worsened to the extent that i started finding hidden charges within my invoices. when confronted with this i was promised i would not be charged for these items again. that was true for one invoice and then it all started happening again. i have since found other smaller freight forwarders and have stopped using Allport. i wish i had stopped using these guys years ago.....stay away."
