"Worst ever service I send my 4 parcel box in Portugal s on 22 November and 3 of them they have been received after 1 month and one of them was missing I've called 5 6 Times and they said we can't find them and now they find it box send it to Portugal after 3 month and asking for customs there which is all ready pay there in Portugal and now they asking for more money like 600€ and box don't value that money either and I told them to send it back and they were asking for more money. Even them fault cuz they should have send the parcel in them time even I pay them more money for insurance and still my parcel are no where . I won't recommend and I have really bad experience ."

"We have been using Transglobal for a few years and have had no issues. Prices are competitive (most of the time) and their system works well....it's easy to complete customs invoices to be used. I now ask suppliers to provide shipment info and organsie imports just so I know that all the key information is provided, which speeds things up for us. There is always someone to contact should there be an issue, which isn't the case with some other courier companies. I would recommend using Transglobal."

"I had a bit of trouble myself trying to sort out the custom declaration online so I rang and it was so good to get straight through to a human being! She was so helpful and sorted out my transaction swiftly. The parcel was collected the next day and arrived safely in the USA a week later with good tracking throughout. Excellent service thank you at a competitive price."

"Bad experience. I used transglobal to send a box abroad. I personally took dimensions and exact weight. Box was delivered at destination. After a month, I received an email with another invoice asking me to pay extra, claiming that the original measurements were wrong. As I am sure that I took the exact measurements, I find this not acceptable. I really cannot understand how a company collects a consignment, delivers it abroad and after a month contests my exact measurement calculations. I would consider this attitude as below standard and unacceptable."

"First time using this service as Royal Mail had frozen all international deliveries due to a cyber attack. The online process was a little complicated, requiring a fair amount of information (I usually supply a completed customs form and purchase postage at post office), and I had to drive 15 minutes to the closest drop off point which looked like a make-shift shop and offered no confirmation of drop-off. I was a little nervous leaving it there but the package arrived 4 days later at its address in the US, fully tracked en route. I also received a call from their customer service before posting to ensure I was happy and didn’t have any questions. I will certainly think about using them going forwards if I have multiple packages as it’s not worth the drive/ collection cost otherwise."
