The salon was nice and quite and Bo was very attentive and clearly explained every aspect of the process. Even for a basic eyebrow wax she maps them to make sure they are even. “Unreal hotel. My mom and I stayed 1 night here on our UK road trip. The property is gorgeous, the hotel itself is crazy beautiful. Every person who worked there was so nice to the both of us. I even got nice room upgrade to a cute suite. The bed was comfortable, the room was cozy and the shower was amazing. We love a waterfall shower. Would definitely stay here again. The breakfast in the morning was delicious too!”

“I have been using Bobby for years now. He is the best barber in Hayes and surrounding areas. He will always tell you a correct time so you can come and get your haircut quickly. Would highly recommend using Bobby.”

“The park had a sign up saying only 14 were allowed inside the play area. I counted 7 leaving plenty of space for the children and I to play together. The children and I agree, The trampoline and slides were our favourite and the swing was great too. I noticed a swing for a wheel chair aswell.. how lovely to be able to have such a lovely space in a Borough of London. A good time was had by all.”

“I almost don't want to post this review, I want to keep it a secret as possible so it doesn't become fully booked :) For a hotel with a gym, sauna and steam room it is absolutely fantastic value. A 20 minute walk or 6 minute drive to the town centre with plenty of restaurants and bars, some of which I have also reviewed here. I spent 2 lovely weekends here, enjoying the spa facilities and will certainly be returning again.”

“The staff were very helpful, and just really polite, patient, and professional, and made our stay relatively relaxed stress free *(we had a 6 month old with us upon writing this). Even though this place was busy with families enjoying Legoland, it's quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. They get busy at the weekends and half terms by looks of it, and the very helpful staff members were keeping us regularly up to date with when our food is coming. “Nice service. Great possibilities... 2 gyms, large and smaller. Available swimming pool, wet and dry sauna, jacuzzi. Classes available for membership... membership alone is cheap for this offer now around £34 a month. the only problem is the decor ... And sometimes the issue of cleanliness but I report it to the manager and they work. overall highly recommend”
