"Perfect place on a warm day. The Riverside for kids is great, but unfortunately we experienced some not that supervised kids around throwing stones on everyone so the kids supervision could be improved."

"There is no parking available here, but you can park in the colne parking area and walk to this park. It was a beautiful trail along the lake. Sunset view was good. Lots of space for children to play. There are numerous trails through the forest which was quite great. Autumn colored leaves were splendid and great to take pictures."

"A great experience. Nice place for a walk with the dogs. Close to the grand Union canal so you get 2 experiences in one. Very popular as it was quite busy when we got there but still managed to find a parking place."

"One of the popular walks you can take from the Colne Valley Visitor centre car park. Following the Grand Union Canal north brings you to a number of lakes and onto the London Loop path. Many smaller paths in this area so if you want to explore off the main track bring an OS Map with you, are good GPS App like ViewRanger which supports OS quality maps."
